Pure Attack ?¿

I'm interested in hearing more of Draxton's wolf boy and cat girl story 

 

What happens to spy bar when you have no spur buildings?

 

a broke pure attack build is DTW to steals as long as 0 gold is liquid (on hand).

But open to atk until 20% troops like all other troop builds (with the exception of special mechanics)

 

Also heard that peeps with 0 spy buildings and 0 sad an be stolen from until they have no gold out?
