The smalls weren't just small. They were new people wanting to learn how to war. Not be crushed and sat on for an hour.
Well when the top 13 in the larger clan are 2-3 times the size of cr 1 in the smaller clan that was never going to happen was it? I mean what a great way to put new people off warring again
I have an idea, make all ebs drop all the event pieces. It's not fair to everyone who can't do hte, essentially you follow the concept of the rich staying rich and being rewarded and the poor stay poor and are given paltry gifts. Terrible way to run these events, at least make them fair.....
Speaking of wars. Wouldn't they get better if we just got more players to participate. It seems tough for any matchmaking system to work unless you have a sufficient amount of players. Though I agree that matchmaking still needs to be improved.
The increase in PVP items required before they're banked is to compensate for the increase in items you will be receiving from the Cordimancer's Curse spell. Also, there are two equips. One of them has a Spy Attack value competitive with the best equips in the game and a Spy Defense that's more than 2x the best.
Yeah I was just pulling your ding dong. There are probably some things we can do to make matchups better in those instances, but as far as I can tell that was an edge case. The vast majority of "bad matchups" are a result of poor turnout. Yes participation is huge. It's not just about incentivizing wars with better rewards though. That can be part of it, but there are other things we are thinking of that will encourage players to take part.
Mr kaw have you and your team calculated how long it will take for someone my size to gather 5k items? And doing free battles my parents are unwilling to give me cash for this app so please can you answer this question.
This is the damn issue, you make EVENT equip on par with the MITH equip! Takes a lot longer to earn and upgrade or mith equip, stuff we spend weeks working for. And you crap on our efforts with these event equips. It's an utter joke at times and why I haven't spent a cent on my main in long time
Also kc can you respond to my question of what you consider exploiting? Not trying to put you on the spot just want to know.
My one big concern here is you state the clans can stay together. Yet as pointed out. The larger epics reward very little for the time they take. With events back to back you have two options. Stay at home and basically ignore the events. Or to out and sell your soul in a b2b hte clan or fast small eb rotating clan ( sacrificing any chance at growth which is hard enough ). This actually damages clan loyalty. Not all clans can do b2b hte. Not all clan members want to sacrifice their growth for equipment that's going to be out if date in a few months. ( if the events were less densely run this would reduce that view ) As such we have two choices. Ignore the event and stay with friends and family. Or ignore our home clans and merc for the events. Which heavily damages clans with the time required for events. Your view on rewards and ee exploits. Spot on. But it has been suggested before that one action results in one drop item for events. It allows crystals to be used at home even for smalls. And it allows clans to stay together. ( item bars excluded from actions for drops ) Is this idea not worthy of a trial at some point at least? I believe it would solve many issues and would encourage players to actually try for event rewards.
Hey your curse sucks snd check workd chat its almost all white...nobody doing this event. Good job killing your cash cow.
Nobody wants to spend money on equip with 2/4 stats. Bad enough you made the mith equip extinct last event. You got too greedy trying to make it harder to get to 50...instead of more xtals being used you are getting 30% participation.
We should all come together and boycott the event if we all have 1 item we all get the best equip it is a win win for us
Which account, this one or your main Not sure I'm following. I don't think anyone in the process of upgrading Aqua/Inferno equips would agree that those are easier to enchant. Equipment takes time and play to upgrade. You earned yours from one activity, and some other players have earned theirs elsewhere. Are you in a worse off position because another player earned a different equip? Not hugely. Your equipment is still useful, and it still makes sense to upgrade it. Do you expect that once you get a trinket you'll never want or need another trinket in KaW ever again? That's part of what makes these games interesting. They're always changing. Maybe you skip an event or two that offers trinkets because you're happy with yours and jump in on the third. Maybe you go for everyone one. It's up to you. The word is pretty loaded, so I'm not going to go too deep here, but from a game design perspective I would suggest that exploitation occurs when players act in a way that reduces fairness and fun for everyone. All else being equal, two clans that are relatively similar in size distribution will most likely have more fun than two clans that are placed in a match where the winner might as well be predetermined. I would even argue that those who manipulated matchups in a way that nearly guarantees them a win are actually hurting the experience for themselves. Cheat codes are really fun for 5 minutes, but they destroy longevity.
