Protein supplements after a workout.

  1. You western boys must be just different from us Asian dudes. I gotta work, so I rarely spend more than 10 hours a week in the gym. But seriously? For 300+g of protien you boys must be eating like 4000 calories a day if not more. That's a lot of chow.

  3. @frog, at my peak I was consuming around 4500-5000cal aday training 2 on 1 off with 30min cardio 3 times aweek + other activities, weighing in at 230-235lbs at 180 cm
     
  4. I'm now at 215lbs ,cals around 2800-3000 ,training the same but less reps and more core exercise
     
  5. Stay away from proprietary blends and look for 3rd party tested products. Tons out there with fillers and contaminants for sale in USA. Some foreign made in places with no quality control but then sold to consumers who expect quality product with quality ingredients
     
  6. Try ventolin inhalers. I hear they're full of steroids, and if you want the good stuff, go serevent inhalers, long term steroids. #salbutamolsulphateoverdoses
     
  7. I only get a protein bar (quest bar) after leg day
