I've added plenty. You've not added anything more since your op. Your just going in circles while others make your points show your level of idiocracy. Rad welcome back!
i kept this thread alive to hear the opinions of others. i never claimed to know everything about this game. i put my point of view out there to see how my conclusion squared off against the opinions of others. drop the "i am better than you because i know more about the finer points of a p2w button pusher app" attitude.
Drop the what? You even say you made this forum In a half trolling manner. Stop trying to be so cool in the forums and play the game. Then you wouldn't have to make stupid threads like this.
FYI this discussion went downhill when you said any hansel that doesn't convert to osf in war is a "nub"
but the forums are so much more fun than the game. the game bores the hell out of me. that is why i stopped playing six months ago. now the forum side of kaw, on the other hand, is fun. politics and humor and danger, oh my. btw - by "half trolling" i merely meant that i was poking the bears with a stick to get them involved in the discussion.
Then don't ask others to keep the thread towards game discussion when you intend to you it for trolling. Sorry you find the game boring. But being that you don't understand how much better a Hansel is vs spy, I'm guessing it's boring for you cause all you do is tap ebs. Try actually playing the war part of them game. Legitimately, not as a joke sitting in a faux clan trying to get some "fame" for thinking youve entered a war with regs.
this has nothing to do with that, don. i just recently decided to convert my alt to a hansel. i wanted to know the ins and outs. you want to keep hating on me for trying to learn the game? go ahead if it makes you happy. this is a game after all. it should make you happy.
Dondoda, I'm interested in the hansel attack abilities you were talking about. Are you referring to assassinating troops levels down first and then finishing with attacks to pin? Or are you just starting with attacks straight up? Feel free to throw a few hits at me, I'm curious to see how what the outcome would be while I'm at full troops.
To wordwaster, unless you have the ability to keep a BFA high enough to actually be effective with attacks, I would suggest only having an mp ally while hansel. That gives you the mechanics of an attack build with the invulnerability of a pure spy. Keeping just a couple hundred bil in allies (for example) wouldn't effect your attack strength enough to be effective and only leave you with more to lose on a strip. It's money better used on pots. Most clans won't even bother to strip a 13b ally, and if they do, who cares. You're just as effective with spies, you just cant use EB's for repotting right away.
Sir- throwing assa first, then attack. If you take all pots, equipment, and add Mithril to the mix, you're hitting with around 300mil strength. Word- next time you want a discussion or to further your knowledge of the game don't make a thread claiming anyone that is Hansel and doesn't go osf is a nub. And don't try to make it troll worthy either. You dont come off as someone asking a question. You are stating you know what's best and anyone else that says different is a nub.
keep doubting my methods. i got some very good input from some very knowledgeable players. so my method worked. and everyone had a good time.
I can see how the new items, spy attack pots, and mith would change things. Although its not particularly sustainable imo. Also, do you feel that the added benefit of being able to win some attacks with your hansel is worth the vulnerability of losing a lot in a strip? Doesn't seem to weigh out for me, especially when 90% of a hansels actions are spy anyways. I'm sure there are differing opinions but I know with my hansel, I've seen more benefit from just dropping all that money in pots. I've been up as much as 300b in allies and noticed no increase in attack wins than I do with one 13b ally.
First off you never go full spy in an OSW of unless u have no allies... And the real purpose of a Hansel is to strip and tear down pots for a strip. I don't like real wars so have no idea of those game mechanics ... The devs keep changing.
last time i fought a system war, hansel was the way to go simply because plunder meant everything. but i haven't fought a system war since before they changed it to kill pwars.
