No. In almost all cases, no. But that "motto" is a training piece. The customer is always needing to be happy. So as a business owner, you would want your customers thinking that you cater to them. Hence why a support staff is necessary. In theory, a smart business owner is savvy, and can pleasantly coerce their clients into using them again because they provide a decent service. If ATA listened to everybody and the incessant whining, you'd have HTE's, no HTE's, free stuff, and other things that only those can obtain by spending.... There is a divide. The other side isn't whining because they don't need to. They are too busy enjoying the service they paid for while you were here making your comments.

Both contain free drops for premium ebs. Why is everyone hating on the devs for this? Put your hatred into something meaningful.. Like abolishing the moderators..
Guys, so apparently "in almost all cases" we are wrong, and they are always right. That's no way to run a business. In a business you thrive from response and feedback and improve. Do you work for ATA? I don't think you have the proper grounds to speak upon ATA. And "If ATA listened to everybody and the incessant winning" I believe they could devise a healthy solution to appease the majority of the KaWmunnity. I personally do not care for promos, but they are not godawful if given in a healthy dose. But when ATA obsessively crams these "promotions" down our throut for over a year, it can get rather nettlesome and monotonous.

Re: [PROMO] HTE Yeah, there totally isn't a gold inflation which makes allies way more expensive than before... Bigs don't know what to do with their gold anymore, theyre just buying allies over and over. My main is at an lb clan, and I hear people complain about getting bored of this endless ally buying with the overflowing gold. Also, you and all mods and vk's, stop kissing devs butts and look at this from a different angle than the dev angle.
And as far as the event all i got was chest that opened more chest and recieved 20 more tokens what a rip off
Crux crate don't give more Crux crate. I think you confuse the crate with the chess, they are 2 very different items. One you open to receive various items, the other one you open to get a 100% bonus plunder on EB for 2 hours.
So? What's wrong is making more money? People can ignore the promo if they want, but yes, it is a marketing scheme. Still, this game is not a pay to play... I think of it more as a pay to grow type game. People have the option of paying and not paying. Just like in every other game.
