  1. I've said it a couple of times. If clash of clans was more social id be there instead

  2. They are trying to make it that way, its forums are bad though. I play the game and the community is broken up kinda like KaW.

You have those that war, and those who "farm" (Players who just sit and collect loot the easy way) so like is, people who do ee wars and those who eb.

Social aspect is okay, only war clans lb clans have active players who talk and enjoy the time on there.

I just want KaW to stop falling off the deep end. Its a great social game, but besides that its just tap tap tap

  3. Val brings up a good point..

Do HTE and endless promos spelling the doom for the end of

Inside we both know what's been going on
We know the game and we're gonna play it
Aaaaaand if you ask me how I'm feelin'
Don't tell me you're too blind to see

  4. I've started spending more time there lately in a aka friends' clan. Forums are a mess. Chat is tiny, needs a full screen chat and maybe player search/wall post ability and it'll be perfect.

  5. Kaw bucket list:

    RickRoll a Val thread ✅

  6. It's the new way peeps act now some wine about peeps posting about there osw just cuz the clans are small or weak so seems like the noobs are afraid post about there events aside from the attention whores rather than the peeps that are genuinely proud of there clans victory

  7. This game died about a year ago bro

  8. Its the whole platform of this type of game that is dying. Gone are the days of tap tap games.

When people play war games now, they actually wanna see animations of their troops in battle, and there are many many games that offer that today.

Kaw is a classic no doubt. But this game platform of tappy tap has long been dead.

  9. Yet people still play it. Many of my friends have been turned off kaw because it was boring for them, but for me the tap tap is fine.

The game just needs more objectives than to just build up. Players that do like tap tap like me find it hard to get into kaw, but if there was more objectives of the game they'd be inclined to take that challenge.

  10. Games last long, Diablo, runescape, COD , and many others definitely over 5 years on all those games , this one needs changes for sure and devs need to listen and ad our community supported ideas before lame ones they have been doing.

  11. Runescape has technically lasted 13 years so far - it'sggenuine classic that SO MANY people play/used to play.
KaW may be somewhat similar, it's the retro, simplistic style of gameplay. But I don't want ATA to make the same mistake Jagex made in 2012 - that is, updating the game so greatly that no one feels it's the same game anymore. Half the Runescape playerbase left in 2012 following the "Evolution of combat" release. It's huge updates that usually spell disaster for oldschool games, such as KaW and Runescape.

  12. Yea but old runescape had so much variation. Didn't getting one skill to max take months lol? This game is jjust a repeat action.

  13. Yeah, I played for 4-5 years and never got a single 99. But that's probably because I spent all my time in the Grand Exchange trying to scam people

  14. Oh by the way val, I'm an alt of someone I hope you remember :p

  15. A good comparison to this game in the "longevity" would be World of Warcraft.

But they've literally ran out of story to play with and the new expansion is rehashed burning crusade.

That game has been out 10 years or close to now, people play games for the addictive quality to it. There's some people who are literally so addicted to this game that no matter if it changes or not they will continue to play.

Sad fact is, is that it has become abundantly apparent that the developers are either slow working people who run this game from Pentium 2's or are just that lazy.

Recently they shut down 2 of their games, which would free up space on their developer list, giving them more coders, more support staff and less work load. Which I would assume would make for better content updates. But alas that isn't the case, it seems they believe that rehashing the same **** and assuming we would never notice is the new key to this game "surviving"

  16. I had no issues and complaints with anything of the game or to the players so far!

As of now, I have played Kaw for 1 year and I am proud to say I had a lot of FUN!
And above all, I am happy!

Kingdoms At War is now a virtual game which I can spend my time on. It really entertains me. This game will always be a part of my life, to say it positively.

  17. Depressing thread 

  18. First I agree that hte and higher prices for builds has ruined the game. Their is no end in sight and that damages the desire to build complete and war risk free.
People don't want to build non stop forever just to catch up with people willing to spend absurd amounts of money on a tap tap game.

The single biggest improvement would be an interactive map similar to clash of clans.
How would that improve kaw ?
A new battle list mode where by attacking other players allows you to deploy your troops as you would in c.o.c adding extra incentive to actually pvp earning a mith from pvp actions.
This new fun method of attacking would inspire me to xtal more both for laughs and mith.
And yes it's a shame to see so many players lose interest and to leave kaw and forums.
Part of that is due to the boredom of growth and absurd time needed to build complete. Also now with the best equip going solely to pay to play players and ebs getting too long for the sake of keeping a desire to be active.
The best forums have been written about the game. The wars are dying out as hte means no one wants to hit anyone because there is no incentive.
But as always. This is a chat site and the social interaction is what should be pushed to the forefront far more.
Better ways to communicate allies chat could be better used as a friends chat room

  19. You all are saying tap tap game and stuff if you think about it all the games are tap tap, COC is white tile game, etcc

  20. KaW will have a hard time keeping up in the coming year. Mobile platforms are becoming the platform of choice for a lot of people to do some gaming on. Which means there is lots of money to be made. The technology is getting to the point the games are becoming much better. We all know this already. It's been evolving since KaW has been.

Why buy a DS or some other hand held when you can just use your phone? Exactly. The average don't. So competition keeps getting tougher and tougher.

I've played most games in the App Store at least once. There really isn't any genre tat can't be found. From games like SSI Panzer General game knock offs to shooter like CoD. We have it all.

As a consumer, I would find it hard to invest in a 5 year old game. At this point I would say any game, but that's just from experience. Of course I buy in some if I like the game, but not more than I would have paid for a console game.
I have suffered from buyers remorse already playing other games.

Once you've tapped once you've tapped a million times. There isn't really anything KaW can do to keep up now.

If I owned KaW I would save my money. Maybe try to make a chat app or something and sell it Facebook for a bill. The tides are rising on mobile.

The days of being at the mercy of no life tap tappers is coming to a end. Especially when more balanced games are out there where pay to win is offset by skills.

But noobs will always be noobs there will just be less of them around here.

<3 just my take on mobile games and KaW in general. I have no inside finical information to base a informed opinion off of.
