Because the current format is just AWESOME right ? Awesome for about 6 clans. Do people not want a fair system ? Or just content to sit around and game the system while the entire community suffers? Seems like the latter.
My suggetion on bfe will be change equip stat by giving it in % to indvdual CS. Eg.Abysal blade. Change stat for all equip in %.
Perfect example was last night silver vs GL war. Gl had 2 sh on their roster that were dtw to everyone on our roster but brought hit ratio down enough to match us.
Interesting idea, yet I believe the devs are missing the mark. Lots of people seem to think there were huge differences in bfe during s1, but thats rubbish. Most people hadnt warred long enough to have full sets of mith gear to create a huge variance. There were less towers across the board. Top clans had 2m sdt and it was the exception, not the rule, on people having adt. It was during tbat season that rh began exploiting the big/gh to their advantage. In todays world, 10 30M cs and 10 1.5m cs builds will still destroy a balanced clan with 20 16m cs members. Always have, always will. Bigs skim/ko the mids while the sh dump spies to sko and plunder on the mids out of ko. Mids cant hit the bigs and the sh pay them nothing. I dont see how taking bfa/bfe out will fix this. The mix of the clan roster is way more important to determining a fair match then the total strength of the rosters. Ive repeated this so many times to deaf ears, but until the devs implement statistical measures (standard deviation and variance of the rosters, plus range from high to low), then matches will suffer and unbalanced rosters will rule ee and mids will continue to be excluded. Or to a lesser degree, as fonzi mentioned, tiers for different sizes. This wont eliminate the unbalanced rosters, but at least it'll reduce the variance. I plan to give this new system a try, but I believe mids will still be a dying breed in clan ee wars once the fad wears off and the balanced new clans get stomped on by the big/smalls. At least the mids can still do indi wars which are fair and balanced in our range. Although Ive heard the big/sh brackets are a crap shoot. At least I can keep beating the dead horse while the devs pretend to listen.
If they keep hit ratio for matching u shouldn't be about to go big small ... That's why I wanted clarification ... If u do go big small ur hit ratio will only match big small given the cs restriction
Completely agree Rev. I've just been confused this whole time as to why devs don't just deal with the problem of stacking head on. Can someone explain this? Is it too difficult to code? Did the matchup algorithm dev quit ATA but he holds the rights to change it or something ? I mean they're going out of their way to create individual wars and now these primal wars , just to deal with stacking . It's kind of bizarre. Internal hit ratio seems like the best idea that never was
@kaw_comm, If u want people to try u should consider not losing ee during this test week as u did fir first indi wars. No point risking ee for this. @joe, U didnt lose because of stacked roster but because of war type.
I love it, i can drop a few tril in allies and buidl towers and save all my hard cold cash. i see like 10 b2b hte clans going out of buisiness edit: bfe is enough for any eb, confused how devs could ever think bfa was any good at all for eb's
Hey spilatch, you're on this thread often bro, don't you like my idea? I can't see anything wrong with it lol. Really don't understand why it hasn't garnered more support
Doesn't solve the issues of growth. The effects bfa plays on matching and or plunder differentials in wars .. And still very possible to stack Tops stack lb Bottoms can still stack bfa heavy gh Doesn't allow hansels or mids in bottom Doesn't allow mid sized bigs or hansels in top bracket Hope that cleared it up for u
Um no lol. Maybe you're a bit confused on how match up works. You can't stack the top. Unless you stack lb - plus the lowest possible CS, but even then you would still not match a clan of mids. You would have to do 2 lb and 18 of the lowest CS. I don't see people doing that. And even so, there would be tons of clans warring with normal rosters, which would get matched with each other In bottom bracket, gh that are serious about the game would probably start growing, as there's no point in staying in lower bracket. Remember sh only exist in clans so they can get lower matches
All sh clans exist now and war regularly there is no incentive for them to grow if they can dominate in their prospective tier .. Why move up when u can be king of the smalls ? They been doing it going on 2 years now
The thing with hansels is not the stacking or whatever, but the fact that a ton of the clan wars are advantage or random. This makes plunder much more important in place of control. Which makes hansels worthless. If more classic war types are run, hansels come back. Still only 4-5 a war per 25 players. But still, much better than the 0 (mostly) being used in today's clans wars lol
U say 12 mill down and 12 mill up .... Stack 5 lb and 15 12 mill and get a bunch of 25 mill guys the lb crush u can still stack top tier They will always stack the smallest possible build that can match if the top cannot be balanced out
Why should we care if they want to be king of the smalls lol? As long as it's not effecting the mids and bigs games anymore, it wouldn't matter at all. Let them dominate the smaller bracket. They're worthless in any other aspect of the game anyways
12 mil is too small for sure. That's a number thrown out for the hell of it. 18-20 mil probably a better number
Only real solution I see to is to get rid of sh all together. Hansels are non existent in any wars due to this stacking method. If they saw the gh as an exploit I don't see how the sh is any different.
