I support cops wearing cameras but we have to also account for incidents such as when A cop uses the bathroom they switch it off real quick, Well what happens when they forget to switch it back on when an incident occurs? Society would become so dependent on cameras that people would believe "if it's not on camera it's not true" which is not a good thing. Also who is going to be incharge of reviewing those hundreds of hours of recording a day?
I have seen some cops that really seem to care then seen cops who wouldn't get off their asses when a 2 year old was kid napped and everyone knew where the kid even was the system needs fixing many cops need to b fired but careful on half the stuff u read the media isn't known for checking their facts b4 telling a story. What I see is a system that needs fixing. Those camera's those cops gonna wear where live seems like a good start to help fix the system.
there's not really proof of that. Since I believe in the U.S. You're supposed to have your civilian clothes when you have your mugshot, she had her prison garments. So if she did make a call, it was most likely either before the photo, or they broke typical processing rules. Also, The way her hair fell, shadow, gaze, eyes, all seem suspicious. I wouldn't be surprised if they killed her. So many more inconsistencies that we could write a book.
Tbh its in the role of being police that convinced them to sometimes abuse power. Or even leave behind moral reasoning and continue with orders that could hurt people. It's been studied before. Stanford prison experiment, milgram obedience experiment. Tbh how is no one talking about this?
A. You said you lived close by. So I guess you live in Oklahoma ..the attitude/culture in the "general area" is pretty much the same. I was born and grew up in Houston and lived for years in Austin. Went to school briefly in Nacogdoches and Bryan. I love Texas but I KNOW how it is in the more rural areas. B. There are stupid people everywhere (since you don't live in Texas why would you care anyway) ..I've lived all over the country I'm now in D.C. Highest concentration of post grad degrees then anywhere in USA (I think) ...idiots everywhere here. Throw a rock it'll bounce off 3 idiots. C. Didn't say ANYTHING about you defending the police I like my potatoes twice baked (stuffed w/ranch, cheddar & BACON) .... you're an idiot.
I prefer my taters mashed, partner. And I have a house in Flower Mound. You're right about that rock thing, one bounced off me a second ago. And yes, there are stupid people everywhere. Good for you, you learned something, have a cookie. Nacogdoches is nice. Lucky you.
"Mashed taters"? You cretin, the more contemporary cuisine literate term to use would be "Puréed taters" ...bon appetit
I guess that would depend on how much you "mashed" them. I'm guessing if you mashed them enough they'ld pretty much come out as if puréed.
Stop making assumptions because a few are corrupt while most are honest people trying to make a greater good.
Could be worse, you could live in some African or South American country where corruption and serious lack of resources can make the police force quite useless, Street justice and lynchings can become the preferred choice. Sad when 20 people become killers over something like a stolen phone.
