It's been like this since I can remember people like to complain either it's about changes or rewards taking too long or whatever. I'm sure Devs are thinking that they can't please us. Changes can be tweaked because when you first implement an idea it may not be the best at first but it can be corrected. People just need to remember it's just a game and be patient. Devs are doing a good job to atleast trying to better kaw. That's just my input
The only problem I had with the cr changing was that it happend during Indi war .. Try tracking when cr changes every few minutes ..
