Petition to Limit Strip Damage

  1. Pup - totally not trolling. Some people have posted interesting ways to give people the satisfaction of a strip without breaking the target.

I think something like a KO that gives strippers an achievement plus boosts to plunder and hurts the target in other ways. Maybe 90% drop in plunder earned for a month or something after a strip

Finger - I'm a paying customer. I still buy nob on occasion even to this day. Just because I don't tap EBs or PVP doesn't mean I'm not a valuable part of the kawmmunity. I enjoy this game in different ways.

  2. I understand what you are trying to accomplish Cheese and your hearts in tge right place, but i just dont think you can create a safe gaurd without crippling osw/pvp.

I believe most ppl that quit after being stripped were already on the fence about it anyways. The strip just brings the last bit of reasoning to their decision.

Theres already a safe gaurd in place too. Its self control, just like with gambling. You dont walk into a casino the first night of your vegas trip with all your vacation money. You bring what you can afford to lose.

  3. No support, aliens have hearts too

  4. You're right, twinky. Very good point

  5. Don't shed too many tears of Teja. It's not the first time he's quit, only to come back and blow a ton of money. I think most of us like the risk of losing it all, or maybe catching a strip and having all that gold free. Keeps the game exciting, and no one is oblivious to the mechanics and the threats of this game.

  6. Finger - it's not Teja I care about. It's the survival of the game. I wish the devs would give us quarterly revenue reports  but they're a private company, so it's their right to keep that info confidential.

  7. Having something to protect is one of the things that i find rather exciting in osw.

  8. I do think losing 1.3Q in an hour is a bit much. When I started kaw I used to think more steals were needed to clear 10t then 1t. Later I learned this isn't necessarily true.

I do however now think this should be looked at and maybe implemented into the game. Taking 10t or 50T should not take the same effort steal wise as taking 1.3Q! Lots of money goes into getting 1.3Q allies and being able to lose it all in one hour is a huge problem in my opinion.

  9. But you don't actually play the game. Lol

  10. To play devils advocate change it so that if the owner of a given ally is under the Oath of Fealty or Loyalty spells then the ally can't be purchased until it expires. Currently a sinple screen shot defeats the spell. Without teeth its next to useless. This way if a target forgets to hide then the strip is just the cost of oversight. Increase the smaller hide spell to cost 7 mith to be just outside the 6 mith purchase limit. this forces folks to war while they're at it.

  11. Sure I do. I'm playing it right now

  12. This is a really good idea. Makes a lot of sense and shouldn't be too hard to implement

  13. But that sorta supports spenders because you need to spend to war unless you get lucky on matchup to keep spell goin

  14. That's the idea

  15. Under 100,000 wins in 4 years? That's not playing.

  16. Maybe every time an ally is bought a certain percentage of gold is automatically turned into bronze.

  17. Kills it for people who have crap plunder builds who use the market to make up for it.

  18. So... A whole new spell. Cause theres no need for your allies to be invisible if no one can hire them.

    And

Ive osw'd against a few who where able to keep their allies hiden for over 3 months straight, without leaving to go out an ee. This was their left overs after getting their mith eq.

    Thats unstrippable.

  19. Lmao lil troll

    Edit : Devourer wannabe

  20. Your opinion does not define what does or what does not constitute "playing."

But I respect your right to express your opinion.
