He would be able to feel that the ball is underinflated. these guys are very specific about how they want the football. and no the colts balls weren't deflated too, because each team uses its own ball on offense, Brady brings his own ball onto the field and when they changed possession, Luck brought his ball on the field. each Kicker gets to choose which ball they use as well.
Correct brady clealry has stated he likes his balls lower on pressure.. AND TES THE COLTS HAD BALLS THAT WERE UNDER PSI ...and do you for 1 minute think the air pressure in any ball affected the out ome of the game in question
