Actually there are some people who are garbage at this game( will never understand game mechs and continuously make bad decisions) Then there are people who are ok( have a grasp of the general mechanics of the game but dont really care enough or have time to delve into the details of it) then there are good players( WCs, EE Trackers, OSW Trackers, Ally traders, The Farmer who kept you PnZ the majority of your active time, The EB Fairy that knows every item for every EB, The Clan Leaders who politic and war for for the dominance or maybe just survival of thier clan) but yea none of that really has anything to do with size or cash.
