On Tower Builds...

  1. I see the point, but I'm thinking of mechanics outside of EE wars.
     
  2. Plus u can get T5 def towers on the highlands at level 1 at 6 billion, which is cheaper than the spy def level 1. Curious as to how expensive it is to get the benefit versus cost of switching back to a more EB friendly build. If u have to keep the build, it would seem a major ongoing loss of plunder.
     
  3. Tower builds should be open for all players in war or outside The concept of a safety shield is absurd Also developers should come clean with mechanics in Help or Strategy section
     
  4. We can restart pin war with a cluster of tower builds stacked up C'mon everyone this is a war game and bunch of towers will fail many incomings anyways so why keep dtw
     
  5. Lol i went through this whole thread there is a opposite to tower build. Have 1 atk coe and 20 spy def towers and rest spy atk keep ur atk pinned and assasinate there troops lol simple they cant atk u but u can assan them problem fixed lol get over it!
     
  6. Lol there is many ways u can be a tower build u just need 20 ll towers 1 atk build and 1 spy build the rest would be all up to u! Pros/cons all builds have them. Choose what works for u!

    The point of this thread is to debate whether or not developers should get rid of the mechanic itself. Not "how to become one".

    The build having the attributes that it does, renders them unattackable, which misleads the general KAW player.

    Yes, you can knock one out, but if used correctly, will be DTW to attacks - and big plunder will not be made off of them. Many view this as an exploit that needs to be changed.

    Same with the hansel build.

    My opinion, nix the build mechanic during EE wars/System wars to make it an even playing field...

    This would limit the amount of complaints from those who enjoy the build in OSW and for general farming.
     
  11. Im aware that the tower build is an exploit of the system an i agree that it should be nerfed, but whats this talk about the hansel build being an exploit?
     
  12. Hansel builds use the same sort of mechanic.

    With no gold and no pots, a hansel is DTW to attacks.
     
  13. The tower build like any build has its advantages and disadvantages. Just have to know how to get through using there disadvantages
     
  14. Oh i never knew that. Never come across it before. If thats true then it should be nerfed as well. At least for the ET.
     
  15. @lemon, a hansel under those conditions can still be hit by any build that falls under hansel or hybrid mechanics which is quite a few builds. The tower build has no such liability like that

  17. I know! lol if u and ur clan atk the build when war starts u will earn plunder!and keep it pinned! Then that build will be useless in war if they cant earn plunder! So why worry about it?
     
  18. atk builds can earn top plunder with 0 ko's! Should they get rid of it? Does that make it exploit? Lol my point is this discusion is stupid!lol

  20. Lol i kno but thats there only advantage of being a tower build! They sacrifice plunder for def and the advantage of being dtw wen spys are pinned! If u take them out before they can pin spys there useless! Keep the builds as they are now no need to change any of them they balance out!
