On Tower Builds...

Discussion in 'Wars' started by joe_, Dec 24, 2012.

  1. As far as being called cheaters or exploiters, I fully disregard all of that. This build is open to any and everyone that wants to try it.

Btw, our clan can defeat tower builds. The fact that some clans cannot does not make us exploiters of game mechanics.

  2. And I meant no one will want to war tower builds who turtle the whole war. So as more and more convert because they can be dtw the whole war while having full troops, people will be less inclined to do EE wars. Just like the old system. When everyone started turtling everyone stopped doing them

  3. Crown, perhaps the 100-1 was an inactive/unprepared clan as you say. Fair call.

Clearly I wasn't in any of those other clans that you demolished, but please. All those other clans were inactive? Foxes inactive? Or we're you unhittable?

I can assure you that every clan that we have fought (both strong and weak, organized and disorganized) were extremely active throughout the duration of the war. Frenzied in some cases.

While you're randomly picking off players with impunity, the other side needs to reason out how to tap a dozen of your unhitables, while waving around a dead chicken and hoping that the stars align properly.

When there's one or two people creeping around with this build, it's a little inconvenient. Get a clan full and EE has just gone down the toilet.

  4. I assure you that my build is not untouchable. I however can not hit a hansel with no gold out or troops and my small t3 hansel can. That would then mean that all true spy builds were also a what did

  5. Gis u hit the nail on the head!

Lu pm me sis and Merry Christmas!

  6. Giskard, we can war against and KO tower builds. We have the makeup (and activity) to do so.

I am, however, at a loss to counter your powerful dead chickens argument :p

  7. Cheating according to joe. As i recall i was unable to ko several members of ur clan because i could not att them. If u want to complain about the fact that u lost a war to a more organized, more active and all around better clan then perhaps you would have some merritt.

  8. I've let the cat out of the bag with the dead chickens thing. Now no build is safe. 

  9. Strip the tower builds.......watch em frantically bank, most tower builds dnt have the bfa to carry it off, and unlike pure spies Tower builds need allies!!

Warning this tactic could have unfortunate outcomes

  10. Taka's what y'all aren't getting is it isn't about the loss to y'all that has this argument going. Your guy above just pointed out that while he can't attack a hansel who is banked, his hansel CAN attack it. So keep the dtw to attk builds and hansels. But let another tower build be able hit another tower build. Quick easy fix that makes the playing field fair

  11. @Q. That is the best tactic ive heard so far of how to take out a tower build lol. I'm going to have to remember that

  12. Haha love that you hate my build but have no issue with pure spies why because other hansels can hit them. I know my build and i know how to defeat it. The fact that u do not does not make me a cheat, it makes you, well lets just say less informed.

  13. Because someone else can hit them as long as they have troops. No build can hit urs if u bank and keep spies pinned below 20%.

  14. @taka_t. I know how to beat your build lol. Ur build is kinda weak actually. I'd run circles around it with my spy. No offense. We are talking big tower builds. Not tiny ones like yours

  15. Lol Mick

Your last 3 posts make more sense

No need apologise nor rude. All cool. I just prefer better/well-thought arguments than low level ones and after 20 pages, kinda slightly better now

  16. 900 plus days in KaW. All this time, I have observed to 1 conclusion.

The Devs do whatever the hell they like, fair or unfair.

This game is never a Democracy. Its a Monarchy. They might say things like "we listem to you". But actually, they listen with tainted ears. End of the day, just play the game as how it is. Spending time trying to complain about "exploits" and "cheating" is just wasting it.

My opinion on Tower Builds, its a waste of time. What's the point of a war when you make yourself unhittable like that? It will soon get boring. The whole point of a war is in trying to wrestle your strategy and wits against the other person. True that you might win all the time. But how boring is that?! When you win without using an ounce of your wits.

Just leave the Tower Builds to themselves. Make friends with people all over the world. That's where the fun is. Warring only seals the friendship. Tower Builds aren't interested in that. They just want to win.

  17. They sacrifice a ton of gold earning potential, and if the build is only useful for those with almost lb bfa, well good for them. They paid for it whether through time or gold or money. War must cost them, and repotting must also. Let them have their dtw at full troops.

  18. This is not cheating but merely exploiting an allowed mechanic.

    Taka knows this. It's legal.

Fact of the matter is, it takes more than a couple of players to KO a tower build. Albeit you need to assassinate their troops down to get it, it nullifies attack builds who have weak spy attacks.

Here is where it becomes a "glitch". If it says DTW, but you're full troops, this misleads the average player.

But, as said earlier, if everyone converts to this build, it's turtle wars all over again.

This new war system is fun. I liked it until my clan was dismantled by a "build". Sure coordination is a factor, but believe me, Foxes are very coordinated and look what Taka did to us....

Not taking anything away from them, a clan matched up against a clan heavy with this build stands no chance.

It needs to be eliminated to maintain an even playing field.

  19. I'm offering support to the op. it isn't cheating, but it is exploiting a mechanics loophole. The EE system should allow an attack build to zero an spy tower builds attack troops just like any other build.

How exactly do 18 spy towers, built to prevent spy attacks, prevent kingdoms from attacking their regular troops? Doesn't make logistical sense to me. I hope this loophole is closed.
