That was the request. Wanted the 1357 extra nobs back. They claim battle cry ran too long to refund nobs. Plunder gain. Blah blah blah. Even tho they were contacted immediately and the clan was inactive after 1 hour so no plunder to reverse. Just dont want to help me
As per Support's response they cannot refund you. All I can say is you need to be careful with any purchase you make to avoid future errors. They're looking into making sure this mistake doesn't happen again. I appreciate that it sucks! But you must continue to liaise with the support team, there's nothing we can do here. /lock
