Feel the need to bump this. Mccc invented farming and is the first osf for those who don't know.

Hmm this thread not as good as this one for learning some history about osf:

This predates that one by a very significant degree though.

 

It's 2 days younger.... hardly significant

 

Plus the thread I posted covers a bit more detail. Explaining the 5 hit rule which over time has evolved into our modern day farming rule that a tremendous number of people follow for some reason without even knowing why. It shows IG doing guard work on osf's. Mentions the 7 hit rule for guards. And on a more personal note mentions my very first account on a list of guards. Bundu. An account long since deleted.

 

It's not the age difference that's significant, it's the OP.
