  14. I thought I was the only one. This has happened to me for 30b allies. At least you got a notification. I have mysteriously lost an ally and had no gold or incoming afterward.

    Regarding your second question - yes, your chance of landing a successful attack is proportionate to your troop level, especially when it comes to PVP.
