New mith spell color for inactive

This spell would be limited to people who cast for EE wars and are then inactive. Not inactivity in general.

 

We should also have one for ally so you know what not to hire or what and a good active one

I have a perfect example for this new mith spell. --dragonkiller--. was im my clan for war tonight. before war starts he states in cc he is going to be inactive, then during war continously spams cc so that all targets are removed from screen and laughs about it. Ruining the whole warring experience.
