Why am I not able to do anything I keep getting remote call (503) what is that

Just took over 5 hrs a lot of effort and a lot of xstals to complete TOC, yet got no drops. Why is this. Please advise.

You participate in the eb to get items and yes destroyer drops flaming armor for a 5% increase to stats
