Tbh this is the same with nearly every game on every platform, they plan times for where the most active players live.

I see you're upset, but there will always be some that don't get a desirable time slot. The devs, being PDT, chose that since they're in they're time zone. So obviously, timezones close to that benefit well

 

I thought you were talking about Star Wars...
