"My Light"

  1. I will leave you all with the prequel to the work I did on "The Dark". This is how I want to remember her...

    "My Light"

    Shes amazing, my only reason for being.
    My light in darkness. My eyes for seeing.
    I gave her a piece of me. Everything.
    I was heartbroken, lost in heavy pain.
    I said I'd never fall in love again.
    But she reached out as a friend.

    time and time again

    Slowly, my heart she would amend
    It's hardship cuz I had nothing left to give!
    This harshness in my heart, is how I've lived.
    Marching in the dark, without a flicker of a spark.
    and no direction to walk, or direction to start.

    So blind; Misdirection has scarred!

    But she found me. She led me to safety.
    Its astounding, the way she had patience!
    She grounds me. Everything in her face is
    the bright light that illuminates dark places!
    She saved me. Thats the only way I can say this!
    Shes my lady, my angel! She's words on these pages.

    But it feels like she's slipping away.

    Static who is known to be static
    Once became dynamic
    Then a lady came in his life to say my dear dont panic
    N thus he again became the static
    Here with us although still a little manic
