New to pvp events but my understanding is bombard is only obtainable while opted in to these events. So my question is: Is this spell only initially dropped when attacking other opted in players or is there a chance it can drop from stl/acout/assa as well? Talking about before a player has one to "steal"
It will only dropped to opted in players when attacking or stealing opted in players (and it's only a small chance)
