1. The filter is completely different now. 2. Who decides what is officially a terrorist organization? 3.Is it just the Organizations that terrorize the US? What about all the other countries out there who are being terrorfied by groups on the other side of the world???

If they don't speak it then how is it used in WC? My point exactly. I said people trying to be slick. Most don't know what they are saying but point is this game is suppose to be a less ethical and religious game (Like it states in ToU) and it can be considered an ethnical offense by posting things that you don't know what they say or do know what they say but are ignorant to the fact that others may know what you are saying and take offense to it. Dark easy, in the non english wc there are german, indian, french, spanish, idk what kinda mods. These are the most spoken languages. You cannot have a mod for every minor language

Yes the same words are forbidden, but the way they are filtered now are completely different. For example- in forums the word "****" is now " " and in WC/CC your ability to post at all is crippled if you have a so-called "foul mouth"

I also asked who decides who are terrorist and who arn't. Thats also not pretend, thats curiosity.
