  3. As beta tests go there seems to be plenty for the devs to work on ,which is a shame as I feel the longer the issues are unresolved the amount of clans taking part will diminish putting another nail in the coffin of war

    HOVW vs Death On The Battlefield
    Most of our player was able do any kind of spy activity on their last two cr only . :evil: All other opponet was dts for us. Even our ps is failing sb/steal on their attack build. :mrgreen:

  10. great work lol carnt hit 1 single person on roster with spies but yet every single 1 of them could hit me 

  12. MITH is 100% active right now. Two guys on my roster (Chaos reborn) could not get over 10 actions because of MITH. They xtalled and everything. 100% MITH working right now
     
  13. You guys say attac bilds are dead ? Then tell me how i fail all actions ( scout , assasin , steal ) on an attac bild . I am ps with 5 sdt .

  16. Using several alts with different LL builds I have seen a similar pattern developing. Players either trying to manipulate the DTS/DTW system by leaving lands open or not fully upgrading buildings which also can nerf plunder gained through successful actions of opponents. Or players gravitating already to a meta build.

    On the topic of a meta build, LL wars are seemingly being dominated by several build types early on. PS (all SoS) PS1 (all SoS with 1 attack building) PS2 (all SoS with 2 attack buildings). I have also seen the occasional attack build or 'tank build' (though towers seem much less effective now - THANK YOU!) but they are relatively rare in my experience and usually on the receiving end of losses when not hampered by glitches and bugs.

    I foresee that with less lands to work with the manipulation of builds and the KO system will work to highly favor the spy build types mentioned above. This may create an early dissension and loss of interest due to either a preferred build type being rendered obsolete or unwanted in rosters, or simple redundancy.

    Although as of now, attack builds do have a chance to win just with plunder farming, but when BFA and BFE are added later as you said they would be, I believe the spy heavy builds I mentioned will once again dominate. While the big EE fighters will war either way and simply do what is necessary to war, the point of this new system I believe was to attract more players to participating. If not addressed, these issues can put a quick stop to that participation growth.

    Possible fixes to this would be a slightly revamped KO system. Where higher plunder scoring creates a bigger loss/gain on KO's whereas a KO gained by mainly spy actions (assassinations kill both troops and spies and are a big reason spy heavy builds are favored in the first place with the KO system) would have a lesser effect on plunder gain/loss due to KO. If done correctly, this could balance out the build types seen in the new wars and keep them fresh as new exploits would take much longer to find. Perhaps players would devise strategies not completely based off of build and roster manipulation which would keep the participation rate up.

    Another possible fix (bit of a stretch) would be a phase mode prior to every war. Lowlands would be wiped clean and builds would be randomized between specific archetypes predetermined. I.e. Hybrid, attack, spy (more intricate combinations included of course). Controlled algorithms and RNG could work to make both sides evenly matched but varied build wise. It would prevent the roster stacking and build manipulation as well as put a sizable emphasis on strategy and communication prior to and during war. Possible downsides are a player base unhappy with this inability to attempt build manipulation, players complaining that RNG lost them a war, and the sheer time and coding it may take to implement this into the system along with the myriad of items on your agenda. But it could be a new fun way to war in KaW!

  18. I can't win attack on a ps..... And hardly any spy actions. They all mithed up. Mith is still in affect somehow. Even from 100% barely got through anything as a 23SOS and 1COE build
