  2. I agree frog. You never make threads as good as this

  3. Referring to you. Bad boy.

  4. Oh well you were pointing at your own name. Is that some sort of self projection? Maybe some pent up anger and resentment to your inability to add anything productive to a conversation? I'm asking because I care

  5. @cynder sorry to interrupt but I have to say this, I think the OP was not hating or blaming the devs just offering constructive criticism on the LB rankings and even if you disagree with it, don't need to flare up and blame the OP for AA...take a chill pill! No hates towards you.

  6. You just destroyed my hopes and dreams 

    What's the LB?

  7. While Bfa Is Cool And Being On The Lb Is Yhe Goal U Will Nevrr See The True Powers Of Kaw On There Im Talking About The Ones That OP Used To Preform This Test (Red And Cella Excluded) Mosy People With Trillions Invested In Allies Have No Idea What OSW Is And The Real Winners Are The Lb Players W/O Towers

  8. Bumped on request.

  9. I can pin #150 on LB, not impressive however I'm nowhere near LC or BC. I'm not ranked on any of the Boards

  10. @ cuddlebunny

With war actions playing such a big role in our LB ranking, it is hard for anyone who hasn't been playing since 2010 to rank really high on the LB. Those who did make it did it by having obsecene ally stats and using 24 crystals a day.

  11. Nothing of the sort. I am just using him as an example of how the devs LB ranking system ends up overvaluing some players over others. I could have gone the other way and argued that players like Dawnstar and Bominator are severely unvalued by the LB simply because they lack the action stats a player like Metallicana has.

If the devs insist on including spy actions in their overall calculation of our rank, then they should provide us with a spy actions LB so everyone can correctly see how they are valued. Personally however, I wish the strongest builds would be ranked at the top with no actions of any kind involved, because I want an honest, netral assessment of my own power and that of my opponent.

  12. Awesome thread and I totally agree!!

  13. I don't think we can single out a guy like Metallicana who was on LB long before Pwars, therefore his win/loss isn't completely comprised of 24/7 hitting OSFs or nowadays EBs. There are a select few on the LB who were from the Golden Days and imo they are the ones who deserve their spot moreso than any others who simply spend thousands of dollars on this game. Or who grew in the kushy pwar or EB eras. Now, just because Metallicana didn't buy a propack doesn't mean he hasn't purchased xtals or nobs, only he can know that of course, I do enjoy the fact that he remains on the leaderboard without a propack. He's been up there since my first day of KaW.

  14. I can understand this opinion well. Problem is, Cyn, is that on the iphone and PC at least (Android is apparently different) the leaderboard is supposed to display "the strongest kingdoms in the land". The problem is is that it doesn't show that at all. Metalicana, while a great player and all, is not, in his present condition, the 16th strongest kingdom in the land. He is probably not even in the top 200. At the very least, the devs could take out the "strongest" tag line, and replace it with "most honorable kingdoms" or something. Otherwise it is a misleading, innacurate statement.

  15. Support on any petitions on this

  16. @shadowwarrior

There was a petition about this issue back in February of last year. I got good support. The devs said they would look into it someday. I am not holding my breath. lol

  17. Disagree. Past actions are relevant. A success is a success be it via pwar, war, or farm. If he wasn't deserving of being there he wouldn't be there.

  18. I disagree that all past actions are relevant. When I started if ur clan had an OSF I were lucky. And they only opened a couple times a day. The rest of the time you hit the battle list or clan targets. Winning actually took pots and skill at picking targets as well as good defense. Now all u have to do is be over a certain stat to successfully hit an EB constantly. Therefore, win/loss is based solely off how active u are and how many xtals u buy.

Now I could give two shits about the LB nowadays but while we are on the subject I do think there are many things that need to be revamped in order for the LB to even be considered an LB (means i agree with Phil ). Although I'd rather not spend time thinking of new mechanical ways or improvements i am more than content to sit back and point out the flaws and be an anointed pessimist on the subject of LB and grumble like the old school KaWer I am.
    *grumble grumble*

  19. He's number 16 overall?
