Actually belle, the present system was made to favor spies because some spies asked for it way back when. That is how a small spy/ Hansel build that has no allies and is no where near hlbc can be ranked in the top 5000 overall in front of bigger players. Problem is is that the devs claim the overall lb displays the strongest kingdoms in kaw when in fact it doesn't. I think accuracy should trump whatever fun times you are having with your husband.
oh yeah phil? then please tell me... who is the strongest kingdom if not red-star? And as for spy actions, I already stated that they are weighted proportionally. My hlbc hansel is ranked higher in battles, allies, and value than my 49-land attack build, yet is ranked about 1000 slots lower.... so I'm thinking that spies don't have some huge advantage....
Also making a spy leaderboard to show the overall spy actions leader does in no way affect the secrecy of each action. And let's face facts, 90% of spy actions are done in ebs anyway. Are you afraid the ghosts will find you out?
no---- I'm afraid the clan mates of the bum I'm stripping will see a lb update and say "holy mary mother of Jesus! His rank just lowered a crap ton and his steal losses just boosted by 1000k! We had better pin him" One of the great advantages that a spy has is the fact the other cannot see the losses from steals/assassinations while the target is sleeping. No one can tell if they are being stolen from, because steals do not show up. You are thinking like an eb lady of ill repute.... not like someone who plays osw's.... a large portion of the big spies in the game do osws.
Wow belle. Tell me something I don't know. Everyone knows it is proportionally, but the weights are not in a good proportion. Also who said anything about Red Star? Don't just pick one example, look at the whole. Bomanator, dawnstar, Os-moronica are just some of the players being screwed by the present system.
So the system should be completely revamped to screw every single spy so that three people who could do exactly the same thing as red can get on top? Come on man! Listen to Spock! The good of the many outweigh the good of the one.
Gee. For a mod it is incredible how little belle understands about the game. Did you even read the thread? He is talking about showing spy action wins not losses.
yes, I read the thread. And losses play a part in the way the battle lb is calculated.... so don't pretend I don't know what I'm talking about....
Belle. Look at the forums and read os-Hiromi's thread. Then make a comment. Btw it looks like the majority of ppl on this thread disagree with you. Also the lb rankings has been revamped before many times. Why should this time be any different?.
@ btw I don't want to "screw up" spies, although spies already have big advantages in the game so I don't see why they need lb glory. My advanced proposal includes a lb just for them do they can get their due recognition.
