  1. ********* PLEASE READ ************
    Devs please consider this option for making the wars fair and even. Back in the old days all clans that warred evened up strength, spies, and members. Your current method only evens up Strength. It’s a very poor way to do wars as it gives huge advantage to clans with more members and more spies!!!
    SOLUTION:
    1) As you currently do, first start with clan strength rank as a starting point
    2) Then even up the pure spy/hansel accounts by using the 2.5 spy attk and above numbers and the 2.5 spy attk and below numbers. Even up the sides by “war veiling” the members until even in numbers.
    3) Then reassess the strength and numbers remaining. Then “war veil” the members in the clan with more numbers appropriately to bring strength rank more in line.
    4) Results will be a war with strength, spies, and number of fighters, very very even

    IMPORTANT:
    Any member who has to sit out due to “war veil” would be compensated with both a EE level bump and 25 mith. Of course they would be happy – and the clan would be happy because the war is fair!!!!

  4. You guys do realize every matchup can't be perfect right? It's not there fault it's the amount and type of clans that sign up so quit complaining 
     
  5. @devs, please add a "safety measure" for the forfeit feature.

    That a war can only be forfeited if 3 admins agree. (Like when setting up a system war, 3 must accept challenge)
    This would help ensure the forfeiture was a group decision, rather than a raging admin. ;-)
     
  6. I think to fix spies being destroyed easily at times would be to simply allow ppl defending scouting actions to be able to use sdps. Even with my stats i still cant outmatch pots.vpretty sad.
     
  7. The problem is that now every match does need to be fair because its based on nothing but strength.

    Yes the old turtle wars were dull, but they were a great leveler in that it didn't matter what your relative size was, anyone could beat anyone if they were active enough.

    I am a fan of the new SW but if they are going to be based on pure power I don't think it's unreasonable to expect the devs to find a way of making it even, especially with war costing as much as it does.
     
  8. @ Station Hiney- there is a reason they are "SPY" actions. Spies do their work behind enemy lines and do it undetected. Yes I know it sucks getting spied and having no clue who did it. But there is one huge point to remember. YOU COULD BE A SPY TOO IF YOU WANTED TO BE!!!! All you have to do is build the building and you can hit and your enemy see "Someone preformed a spy action on you" . Just saying, it is fair because ANYONE and EVERYONE can spy, just gotta have the stats.

  10. @ Long Ben Silver- the new system wars have a matchup system based on str. But if you war enough in the new system you will realize that str has much less to do with it than you think. This new war system is all about keeping track of people coming out of KO and the total number of hits it clan can produce. In an EE war you will not get the message " cannot attack because player is too strong or Cannot attack because player is too weak." You will only get "DTW or KO'ed." This being said, if I am fighting in a EE war and have one forge and one guild and I attack, oh say anyone on top 50 LB, I still hurt their troops. Therefor I can still KO them. If my clan has a total combined stat strength of 30 trillion and we war a clan that only has 20 trillion, the smaller clan still has a shot. This is why; say my clan has 40 members, that is 24 attacks and 36 spies. So, 24 36=70. 70*40=2,800. That is 2,800 actions per hour. If their clan has 50 members it is 24 36=70, 70*50=3500. So they have a possible 700 more actions per hour than my clan does. With a gap that big they will overwhelm my clan. It doesn't matter that my clan has 10 Trillion higher combined strength. The sheer number of attacks they can produce makes my clans higher Strength irrelevant. So, the point is, member number has much more impact on the EE wars than sheer strength does. Hopefully this helped you understand! 

    Don't misunderstand me, when I say strength I'm not talking about just CS but everything combined. CS, number if hits, number if players, BFA etc.

    As an example, in one of the wars I fought in last week we were stronger than the opposition AND we had 13 more players. I don't care how good your strategy, build or teamwork is, all things being equal there is simply no way that kind of deficit can be overcome.

    Devs need to find some way of making things more even. Dropping players, add in a handicap system, whatever it is there are plenty of ideas out there that could work.

    To just have to accept that occasionally you will be thrust into a war that you are expected to spend mith
     
  13. U think I don't have a spy build?
    The point is that it's an action that was never intended to be a build .. And either knowing who hit u or never knowing any action taken against u is the fair way to balance the spy build out .
    U think that stealth only applies to spies? Gorilla war fare tactics aka attacking and enemy in sneak attacks hit and run style are all about stealth.
    The point of the "fix" would be to even the playing field one way or the other .
    As a spy build my spy build I know I'd be pissed if every successful att against me was hidden in the same way every att I make on an att build is.
    I say show the name no matter the action give everyone a target .... Or don't show names for any successful action (only looses) and let there be fun in bl again like before spy troops were introduced into the game

  15. Estoc matchup is still screwed: we are currently matched with a clan where one of our opponents has an alt in our clan!!!

    ATA/mods/kaw admin, can you guys fix this ASAP before war starts?! We can't even talk strategy and stuff in cc right now...how can a single player have accounts in both clans that are in a system war? No ip checking/exclusion?
     
  16. Not if they are on two devices or even if both on comp needs to be brought to their attention ... But really why would u let someone u didn't know in ur clan for war?

  18. Thanks for create the EE war for us to continue to have fun but there isn't fun at all now cos your math spoil our time to stick on the unfair match. We rank 3 with 50 player vs rank 1 with 66 player, is that possible actually rank 1 vs 2 and rank 3 vs 4? Again, your math kills us!
     
  19. I really need to know how mith payouts work. Just won a war and with 3 billion plus plunder and 149 actions I receive 35 mith. But someone with 1 billion plunder and 40 actions received 45 mith, what gives devs?
