Kingdoms at War: 2nd Anniversary All-Star War - 2011

  1. Next year please don't stay quiet about it, lol

  2. Congratz? to those who made it. Cherish it as its once a year... For those who didnt make it... Work harder to be best of the best; be more alert n active in forum and better luck!

  3. I think they should have a one for everyone.

  4. I truly hope there is as little trolling and "hater" posts as possible following Wulf's addendums.

You all have to realize how much work is put into throwing the All-Star War, especially with the addition of two clans and more people this year.

The rules are in place for a reason. Some people taking advantage of the system might ruin it for others, and that's a shame.

It's kind of like why on hair dryers, you see a "Do not use in shower" warning. There's a reason that's there. Someone did it.

If you were lucky enough to get chosen, sit back and enjoy! If not, you should watch it, root for your clanmates/friends, and prep for next year.

It's still just a game, everyone. Now go enjoy it.

  5. There has been post after post of negativity about the All Star War since the announcement, whether it be disappointment for not making it in time or just annoyance at not being in the top 5k.

I'd just like to say thanks. Obviously the devs are putting a great deal of work into trying to make it run smooth, but it is also obvious that Sexwulf (and I'm sure other mods but he really stands out) is doing a lot of work and taking a lot of flak.

So just a quick ty from me. You are doing a top notch job bro!

  6. That means a lot. Thank you.
We are doing as much as we can to make this war fun and fair for everyone involved.
The release was harried with so much going on and in hindsight, yes, we could have done some things differently to make this run more smoothly and have learned a great deal for future releases.
    But done is done.
Thank you all for your feedback, advice, and patience.

    Happy KAWing Everyone.

  7. I have to assume that the list of people replacing the people dropping out of war is no longer valid. Which is a relief (that was one of the dumbest decisions I've seen made since I downloaded this app) that SHOULD mean, so far, eligible applicants #801-830 will be notified of their acceptance any time now.

  8. I wish I could get over the fact that most of these players, if not all, got to the top 5000 rank by plunder warring. That is why I think, next year, it should be by rank, but maybe join date?

    Discuss.

  9. Although I can see your point darkfalcon (the only reason my stats are this high is through pw and eb) you would then have the all stat war, which I thought was meant to be a showpiece of the strongest players, filled with those that choose to keep their stats at a low level.

I'm unsure how much enjoyment a player like Majesty, Laoda or Os-Nikz would have if their opposition was filled with 200k players that couldn't break through his defence, let alone his pots.

The one thing that the plunder war generation can bring to the table at least is that they can earn the billions to make it a competitive match.

Don't underestimate us all though. There are a lot of people who plunder war regularly but still have a good understanding of tactics.

  10. I see what you mean...

    But...
    1. In my opinion, if someone got #1 through Epic Battles (The Haunting), that's great! Props to them for not abusing the war system.
    2. I also agree that many war crazed players PW just to keep up. That still doesn't make it right.

  11. ive been playing kaw for over a year and started before osf were common. I was t3 bc before ever hitting in a plunderwar, however plunder wars are the way the game went. pretty much everyone has been in a plunder war. Plunder wars don't necessarily mean you don't know what you are doing and its still an indication of how much time you have put into the game. 5000 is a lot of people and plunder war regardless a lot of them have invested the time to earn their position.

  12. That Decision will be made by the Developers not me.
For now all I can say is that until your name appears on the master roster posted by the developers your spot is not secure.

  13. I've never been in a plunder war although I wish our clan would have 1 or 2 sometimes

  14. And your stats don't even begin to compare to LB (no offense)

  15. How i get on register

  16. Applications are not currenly being taken

  17. DarkFalcon Just Because many of us pw does not mean we do not know war strategies or how to play this game.I believe we all play different  and are allowed to without bring judge how we get our rank.#1 we work hard for it yes others might have work harder but everyone finds a way.

  18. Bring was supposed to be Being* phone change word .

  19. It has come to our attention that people are selling their spots on the AllStar War for real money. Because of this we have closed the ability to select your replacement. If you wish to withdraw from the AllStar War you can still wall me and someone will be selected from the original signup.

It has also come to our attention that some people have registered alternate accounts in the AllStar War. Although it was not originally stated that this isn't allowed it has been decided that the presence of alternate accounts allows for too much chance of "cheating" (example: Opening your OSF who happens to be on the other team) and it is not fair to the other applicants that you take up more than one seat. Alternate accounts were not allowed in the last AllStar war and they are not allowed in this AllStar War. That this wasn't mentioned in the initial release was an oversight and we apologize for the confusion.

    To that end:
if you have an alternate account registered you should wall me the account(s) you wish to have removed. Otherwise you risk having all your accounts removed.

    Please spread the word.

    Thank you,
