Tower builds are the main build of the game if anything ban spy builds but I truly believe neither build should be banned this is a strategy game!!!!
The lag may still have that action in the right order but the ten seconds it takes todo it prevents the following three or fourhits. Thatsin now way "fair" or acceptable as it seriously reduces players ability to defend themselves from knock outs when getting team tagged. I see no problems with tower builds. They bring diversity to the game and require clans to work together to KO them. Every build has its pro and cons. And there is no fear that everyone will suddenly convert to a tower build because there ARE various cons. The main one being the horrible plunder and thus slow growth. If u change the tower build mechanics I'd say you should change the pure spy mechanics as well. How is it fair that a pure spy is dtw when they have 0 gold, but a hansel with a tier 1 atk building and 0 gold can be atk'd for 50mil? The game is littered with inbalances, which is what makes it fun. I hope you don't change the builds. But match-ups still have too many problems. The huge difference in active warriors of many wars creates a serious problem. If outnumbered by more that about 7-8 u are pretty much guaranteed to lose. I warred last week and we were outnumbered by more than 25. A well organized clan can beat a much stronger clan if the numbers on each side are closer to equal. But a really strong clan will always lose against a much much weaker clan if outnumbered by 25. My suggestion would be to only allow a maximum # of people in each war. Such as a min of 30 max of 60. It will still be auto-join if no veil cast, but have the option of an opt in, where first 60 to opt in are guaranteed a spot in war. If only 30 opt in, then other 30 are auto joined from top down clan roster. Just a thought
People say the tower builds grow more slowly. That may be true, but it isn't a draw back for many Plauers. People who are HLBC (and there are a virtual ton of those people) have little need for growth and, as such, have no growth penalty that you cite. Again, its a flaw in the programming. I'd hate to see all the hard work that was invested into EE go down the toilet because some people want to play with "god mode" Here is a good compromise. All you people who like the broken tower mechanics can keep them intact for every part of the game aside from the EE wars. For those, since mithril is involved, "god mode" will be shut off, and you'll have to war like normal mortals, but outside of EE, your super powers remain intact
And as I stated, if the devs decide on inaction, I'm saving my money to convert to a tower. I'm o martyr. I doubt I'm the only one who will b doing this
@Moose- like I said before, you are taking the ONLY reason to have a tower build. I make 11b best hit on haunt. Im not hlbc , so thinking every tower build is , well youre wrong. If there is no longer any pro and only con, I will just join the hansel generation and everyone can complain next week that hansels with towers are too hard to KO and its unfair Go ahead, ruin the game, have only 2 builds to play kaw with, in which only 1 will dominate the game. I respect you Valor. When we fought you guys, you rocked! But please take a step back and look what tower builds are doing to EE. Leave personal gain (and personal investment) at the door for a sec. It's not about that. EE is already dying. You can't get reemed by a tower heavy clan and not start to get jaded by not being able to neutralize these builds. Participation in EE is half what it was a week ago. People are not going to turn up to be bent over the log by a practically unbeatable build. So mate, it's not about you. It's about the health of what is actually a pretty fun war system. I wonder how heavily tower peeps will defend their vaunted 'strategic' tower builds when they only get to face off with half a dozen clans that are also tower heavy. You'll have plenty of time to admire each others 'strategic' brilliance. You certainly won't be doing much hitting. The death rattle continues...
@Devs, problems with matchup? Not enough players signing up? Then maybe ****please**** increase the mith payouts SIGNIFICANTLY and have 2 wars a week on a rotating achedule. Why increase mith? Because people want that shiny new equipment you've worked so hard to create. Why have less wars? Supply and demand. If you restrict the supply of wars the demand will increase. Rather than having 4 wars with a meager 60-80 clans signing up, you will have 2 wars with possible 120-160 (better mith payouts will increase this as well) clans signing up. Giving a bigger pool for matchups. Create a time schedule that rotates. So everyone can get involved. Many are losing respect for the system, and you can see it in the amount of clans signing up. Please consider increasing the reward to help appease the HUGE risk a clan takes in signing up.
I agree with above. 2 wars a week are plenty. And larger MITH payout increases the desire to war. Frankly you should get double what you spend in MITH during the EE and then a MITH payout for actions taken in the war. OH and DEVs can you PLEASE have MITH spent AFTER the start of the EE war count for being returned??? I see NO downside and it allows those who participate to be more flexible in spell casting during war.
I agree with 2 wars. Keep Fri and Sat. How about double mith if a clan ff? It doesn't bother me if a clan ff. We just want the W. Nothing wrong with admitting that u got whooped. We've had a few clans ff and we had to ourselves. But I can see the complaint of low mith payout. I think the overall payouts are fine. L5 edge is great to have for 2 weeks. But, if more carrot sticks are needed to draw a much larger pool of clans for matchup, I'm all for that too.

If a clan has say 10 towerbuilds all they need to do is fail assa the hansels that are never dtw for assa until ko to keep their spies low enough that they cant do anything but fail against a towerbuild. so unless a clan with no more less then say 30 hansels is facing those 10 towerbuilds there is nothing any normal clan can do against a clan with bunch of towerbuilds. Your argument is just very weak so you keep talking about spies even though atm that argument is very weak. bottom line is you can fail assa and fail scout a hansel with 20 towers down to zero with just a few accounts. You can't attack at all a towerbuild regardless of your own build and you definitely can't fail assa their atktroops. So bottom line is find a new line of argument in defence pf your build. The one you have doesnt even begin to hold up to any scrutiny.
Valor, comparing how "unfair" it is tower build and how "unfair" is hansel build is wrong. A hansel with 0gold out can be hit by another hansel or by a hybdrid. Once he have gold out he can be hit by ANYONE as long as he still have troops. Tower build can't be hit at all... See the diference?
Plz alternate war times so more people have a chance to war. Myself and others I know work weekends at the times wars are scheduled, if a couple wars could start a few hrs later it would help. I'm sure their are others that aren't able to make the war times
Why not just make tower mechanics the same as hansel mechanics? Pure spies and hansels are really at an advantage nowadays, the build is a good compromise for attack builds. Let tower builds hit tower builds even without gold out.
You see the problem! All the people who are lobby on for the tower build are simply lobbying for easy mith, and I will strenuously object until this is fixed. To the people who want to save the broken tower mechanics, I get it. I really really do. Warring with a build that is nearly untouchable would be fun for you. It's also lazy. It will also damage the game. Please do not tell me you are using strategy. You aren't. You are hiding behind a bad exploit. As for towers encouraging "teamwork" to take them out, that's a. Inch of bull too. Why 1. In war, it takes multiple people to knock out enemy targets anyway. There is no 1 vs 1 in the successful war clans i have been in. Instead, it has always been a game of "swarm the target" so the team work arguement hold no weight with me. 2. What will you do when you face the tower clan that I, and numerous other KaWers will construct? Noting 20' or 30 towards in a clan will kill the fun in this game.
