    With my signature at the bottom of this here paper, I swear to pay $300 on the last day of each month to Frank TV INC., and to voluntarily allow local and federal authorities temporary use of my channel during times if disaster. I also swear to follow all international laws regarding television (unless you put enough money in my pocket). I also swear that I will voluntarily relinquish my control of the channel should I fail to pay for 3 months straight.
