These are all the prices that any player who has never been dropped before will occupy. A player is usually dropped because a previous owner was unhappy, most likely due to activity but there are many reasons, so there is more likely to be an active player that has a hire price in this list.
You wont find them in a guide. Just dont search a specific price in here and you'll find dropped allies also.
