The idea to organize a war for smaller players is good. However, the proposal may be lacking in some areas:

1) Stat requirement with minimum 250k CS - It's too low for a decent war. Many players in this range do not have enough pots and experience in the game to be able to participate effectively. If it's an "All-star" for "juniors", these players should at least have minimum knowledge of war and pots. It should not come to a point where they join the war unprepared and require last minute teaching from experienced players. The minimum should be raised to probably 1mill CS. These players are still small and new but may have relatively better grasp of the war game.

Your reasoning is flawed. You should not join JASW if you are just looking for mith. Post in wc to look for a mith war instead.

2) Punishment?! There should not be a additional penalty for losing the war. It is not necessary and adds no incentive for players to try to win. And I don't see how you can enforce everyone to change their banner either. If anything, the losing team is already not receiving any mith.

3) Event details - Is it going by elimination? One week till it starts is slightly too long. Probably shorten it to a few days.

These are just my two cents to make it better. More planning is needed - or the war will really become a disaster. Good luck and whose wall do I sign up on?

In my opinion, raise the stat requiroment, and lessen the time before the war starts
