Is my build good for Osw?

Well. You can't get any better or worse at you're size.

At you're size any build is bad

 

I never tried this osw stuff but if I did I would have a build like mine.

I would listen to the osw vets here like tim. A big hansel with towers is a great thing for osw. It makes it easier to strip

Sdt are only important if protecting allies. Mild sdt are good for slowing assassinations from attack heavy builds. Why have 2mil sdt with only 30bil in allies.

 

Is it best to hsve the balanced, attk heavy or def heavy troop buildings?

 

Balanced most of the time.
Make your build lean towards attack if you are using ADT.

You look more like a EB build you need to pump some attack builds, using defensive and attack building is better for OSW than a balance build

How does one rate my build?

 

Im quite surprised you actually osw... U barely have any battle losses!

 

Ppl are trashing your spy stats... If you osw you'll most likely be in a clan that will help you zero opponent spies in order to better allow you to help strip.
Add sdt n adt n then just grow. You'll be good. 
