Are you so dense that you don't understand what is significant about promo equip? Why should someone be able to sell an item that is described as top 10-500-1000 collector? These equipments are earned for a reason. Why play the game if you aren't going to put all the HARD WORK in that these players who have the equipment did. So many people talk about hte being a way to buy yourself to LB. BUT seriously, at least Seal droppers still put in work to get their **** on the low low. Now what would be a great idea is a pending program. A player can lend an item to those that require it in eb. So you can borrow this item for an eb or so to hit the bar. But you're only allowed once a day. So it still makes those players, who had to borrow, want to earn the eq. EDIT: LET ALONE a player buying mith eq? Are you serious? I mean seriously? The only way it should ever be buyable is through thr marketplace as it is. Now support that these players can sell their equip back, in the marketplace, for mithril would be fair to the kawmmunity. everyone always wanting the easy way out man…
Are you so dense you do not understand the concept of SELLING UNUSED OR UNWANTED EQUIP. Seriously, most pitiful petty complaints I've heard yet. If I earned the equip why can't I sell it? Really? Is that a difficult concept? Oh I have promo banner I never use, to bad I can't get rid of it for a profit. No one forces the seller to put up anything on the market. It would be completely voluntary. Oh I have mith equip I dont use and want to sell it. So freaking what, make two people happy. Either go full open market or nothing at all. Why would I buy hooves of destruction? Really why would even a noob waste gold on what others decide you can or cannot sell.
The feeling I get is that in the short-term this is a disliked idea. However, let's think about the long term - we have events every few months with ever-better equipment, more mithril equipment will be released and inevitably price-dropped in the market etc Sellers will only voluntarily sell equipment that is of no use to them, not matter where they acquired it. We hoard are equipment from events because we want the best and most up-to-date thing. In a year's time, nobody will give a hoot about the valley dragon chest plate because there will be better. It makes perfect sense that new players may be able to benefit from this equipment so they gain some hope at catching up to the LCs amongst us
Again, YOU do not understand. I can tell you do not understand because of your 1 year badge and your equipment from these promos and nonexistent mithril/EE EQ. I can also tell you don't understand because these promo equipment you do have are not of those that a player who has put the HARD WORK in would have. So how do you even consider creating an opinion that would construct a decision the developers would make on something you do not even have a part of? You had obtained 1000 imperial favors going for the minimal amount, although, it was very simple for any player to be 20k+. You did NOT work as hard as all players in the PVP event had nor as hard as those who struggled to make 1k (EVEN IN HTE CLANS) in the hunter trophy even side. HOW DARE you sit here and type on your little phone and tell me what is a big deal and what is not a big deal to the KaWmmunity? It is a big deal to discuss the selling and buying of in-game items that are EARNED. Your judgment on this circumstance being "so what" is not what the developers look forward to. They look forward to constructive criticism, and sir... you are lacking of this. You are also lacking on an attitude to a player who has been here for 5 years and has experienced every change the developers have made. DO NOT tell me what is or is not a BIG DEAL. IN THE LONG RUN Equipment will never be trade-able to any account. This would be unfair to all those who have put the work in. If mithril equipment were ever thought to be a sold item, don't you think devs would have never stopped the buying of mithril? Mithril in return would be better off bought than any selling of eq items, allowing EE players to get the better equipment before it is even put on sale. But hey, that also, would never work. Why because it's not fair to the kawmmunity as a whole. YOU ,SIR, are thinking entirely of yourself and what YOU gain out of this occurrence.
@Killzone Wow your bring the time spent through a little achievement as a point in this debate? So explain players that have 2-5 year badges that don't know what's going on... Oh wait its called a break from kaw. Verses I'm due a 2 year badge and constantly active. I lack war & promo equipment? Your right I have not warred as often as many players and I'm not willing to spend every dime I have buying seals for these promos. As for war, maybe just maybe I'm going to finish my build before I start warring again... Hmmm never considered it huh? It hurts the Kawmunity? No it offends a select group of players that smaller people would have the equip they fought for. Oh, wait the seller did it by THERE OWN FREE CHOICE. No one is forcing you to sell your equip. This also helps sink gold. Example: Player 1, sells quzeal banner. Player 2, buys it for a fair price. Player 1, buys upgrades boom golds sunk. You need to quit with the self idea that all players want to horde unused equip.
Yes I did bring it up because it is relevant. So if cella sold her feather banner to you because of her new banner, how would that be fair to those wearing the same banner as you? You lack commonsense. You say its fair only because, again, you're thinking of yourself. Promo equipment = a reward that players compete to get. Its not an item thats consistently dropped from an eb. Its EXCLUSIVE. Where the hell is your logic?
What's a matter? Kinda butthurt maybe? How is it not fair? Let me try to say this slowly. Selling.... Is.... Completely.... Voluntary. How is it unfair? One person wants gold the other the banner. Even freaking trade! That hurts someone how exactly? IT DOESN'T! No one is forcing you to part with your precious equip. No one is forcing anyone to do anything they do not want! All this does is allow faster growth, smaller players better equip, and a new breed of mercs! Oh it hurts me to see 2 people benefiting off of a fair and equal trade! Now please enlighten me to how I am being selfish? How I'm only looking aty wants? How its wrong for someone to sell UNWANTED OR UNNEEDED equip to someone that would make use of it!
Event is over....wanting freebies from ppl is selfish when others participated n earned what they got. Event came n went thats fair not after the fact. Your way suggests many ppl will wait n buy future event rewards instead of playin n earning it.
What's not fair about it? Players get rid of there unneeded/unwanted equipment and others get the things they want. There's literally no way to call this unfair. Its just one opinion of "I earned it but they bought it this is bs...." Versus "I have it & dont need it so I'm going to sell it and make a profit making 2 people happy"
Irrelevant to event rewards that have a start n end date. REWARDS r earned not the same as drops from Eb or won from war.
Why dumb butthurt comments anyways? Whats to be butthurt over? I hope devs simply decide what is useless n post what can be sold if anything. No other options r necessary. Thats fair n nobody profits from what others earned or none is sellable for all i care is fine also.
This dude is so ******* ignorant. I'm done explaining to someone so foolish. So in return I have 1T out and a new event is happening. So wait the whole event out as others participate and then just got the reward? Yeah because that makes complete sense.
Another guy that misses the point. So one person decides to sell their top 10 banner… a player with 500kcs buys it. How is that fair to those who do not sell ot and hold the banner? The significance of being awarded that prize is confiscated, in return, from all players. PLAYERS WHO EARNED that banner now realize their position in the promo was pointless. What if all of an events Top 10 banners are sold? The significance of that event in KaW History is ruined. The top 10 banner now becomes worthless. The significance of what dedication it took to obtain that reward is lost.
