Ok so the problem is "abe(x^2+2x+1)=abe^2" If we divide Abe out on both sides, we get "x^2+x+1=abe" so then "(x+1)^2=Abe". So then usin substitution, (x+1)^2(x^2+2x+1)=Abe^2. From there I got really confused
