Not always so. There is a distinct lack of WC's in my tier and I've stepped up 3 times but would prefer not to have to! Trouble is, 3/3 wins and I'm stuck with WC label now. Come on people. Learn how to war lead. Not everyone wants to but some are forced rather than have no war commander Same with Trackers! This season has shown the flaws in this type of war. I also don't agree to ally hires. This should be disabled. I know wars aren't cuddly things but to resort to stripping in my opinion is an aggressive act of war this system could do without!

I do agree there could be some problems or potential abuse, but I was hoping that admins of clan on a vote could help limit it. I will admit there have been a couple wars already this season where I could have probably TK or WC when I said I couldn't, but if there was just some sort of a reward I might have done it. Winning is awesome but tracking or WC is just not always fun to do.
I'm sorry guys I have wc every war I've been in this season, and though I don't expect any extra incentive and will still do it regardless. It would be nice to get something for the extra time and effort put in. It isn't as easy as some think. Especially if you do it right. I am far from greedy, but if top warriors are being rewarded then those who lead should be also.
Wc -2medals tracker - 1 and no reward for a loss, Ee wars are win or lose, the loser shouldn't be rewarded.
My incentive for beings WC is winning lol, I do enjoy seeing players cheer and get all excited about winning. It's cool being the WC who brings a win for the guy on a 3 losing streak or the noob doing their first ever war. I will admit it get frustrating having to repeat yourself but in the end it pays off when everyone knows exactly what they are doing. Plus I couldn't be In top 10 without some of the great players I've met a long the way I love the little things the most
I would love the idea but would be so abused. Maybe a thank you thread (1 thread where all warriors can say Hey xxxxxx did great on this war) or give a thank you wall post to the WC and Tracker that made a difference.
Ppl WC cuz they want to. Others WC outta no choice. Voting a WC is nutz Ppl thinking a WC is not worthy of a bonus oughta try it n see whats to it lol
It's even more stressful during season cause they have even less time to plan, then during off season.
Well though I don't exactly get rewarded with medals, I do in a way. I know I will give my all to win for our team 3 medals there. Also found as hansel I can gain bonus medals and compete. Thanks to all my team members amd big thanks to trackers, you are my heroes!
