Yes devs we are paying costomers Yet ur help sickens me on this as always no reply no reply sort ur selves out as ur letting us all down it's disgrace full the way ur treating this matter by ignooring the problem

 

Hello kaw_admin this is off topic but I have been currently muted well for about the last month or two for profound language of more than one occasion... You must understand this game sometimes gets heated up and things are said in the spur of the moment... I'd just like to ask you if I could please be unmuted, my profound language will not happen again. I am sorry. Please unmute me so I can play the game that I love!

 

Feel honored to be allowed to play the game and as paying players people expect more out you so just get along and let the devs do what they do they worked hard enough and continue to at this moment.

 

Okay now I'm confused I deleted appsync and it still says sandbox. Is like the pro pack at the bottom of the sandbox and I have to dig it out? I need like help becuz I want a pro pack.

 

My Oracle page is black. I can not purchase upgrades. Im on iPhone

 

Um Where is da in-app purchases on da computer? i can't find it in da Oracle section, whereas my friend says it is in da oracle on the ipod/iphone.

 

My phone is jailbroken and I was able to purchase everything...aka it's prob the jailbreak app u used...I used jailbreak me dot com

 

I cant purchase any pro packs from my oracle. I only hav the 2 regen, gold, and name change. The rest is black. How do I get the ability to purchase packs.

 

Why is this game saying cannot connect to iTunes store?

 

i brought the "Siege pack" but i relieze that kaw giving me the wrong package.
they give me the Kingdoms at War, "Sabotage Pack".

Hi Im trying to purchase packs and keep getting a message 'unable to connect to itunes store'. My phone is not jailbroken and is running the larest OS. Ive already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and resyncing but nothing works. Please advise. Thanks.

 

I can't buy crystals or packs because I downloaded this app on an ok'd iTunes account. I have mow got a new account set up so I can pay for apps/items ect.

I have read that I will have to re-install the app through my new iTunes account to be able to purchase crystals/ packs.

If I delete this app and download again , will I be able to access my account ok. I really dint want to lose everything I have done to date.

Sounds like an iTunes store connection problem. Check that you are logged in to your iTunes account by clicking Settings>iTunes Store. Check that all your info is right.

If that does not fix it, try resetting your network settings by pressing Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings.

You should be ok. Save your UDID just in case it gets deleted. You can restore your account through your UDID if there is any trouble.
