When I make purchase in oracle it show Payment Method declined and pls update ur billing info , I done with all this but still can't buy any in oracle , and it seem sometimes when I purchasing , it show cannot connect to app-store .
Hmm put it this way , the error was cannot connect to iTunes store when I want to purchase those item in oracle but if I log out kaw , I can buy anything in iTunes store. It seems like can't connect to iTunes store while I'm kaw
Exactly the same problem i m going through as knight every so often it allows once to purchase but rest of the time it says declined and account needs updating
Doesnt sound like anything weve heard, so feedback the devs once a day (and be patient, dont send it more than once a day, and it may take a while for a response), or email support@athinkingape.com .

Can this have anything to do with itunes account been shared by an ipad and an iphone. Both of them are purchasing applications from the same account i ll check the ipad and see if wife and kids has any uncompleted downloads on it hope they arent purchasing as much as me
I have a bug where it won't let me buy nobility because their is no nobility stuff on the oracle page just black Can you please fix this asap.
For in app purchasing problems, first try uninstalling instalous. This is done by going to cydia->manage tab->packages->instalous->modify->remove. Also check that you still don't have appsync (go to packages and look under "a" for appsync). Then try reinstalling the KaW app with the itunes you're trying to purchase with. If you still have a problem ,email support@athingkingape.com . Btw, there is a nobility limit of 1500 a day. Once you exceed the limit, it'll disappear to the next day. you also need version 3.0 and up for in app purchases.
I try to re-download as u suggest but the dn load is not available as it says I already have the app. What do I do so I can make purchases?
To make purxhases? Have an itines axxount, version 3.0 iOS or higher... And go to oracle (marketplace->oracle button), and click buy... And log ino itunes...
I have been ableto buy 765 nob pack until now. I click to buy and then it says declined. I check my payment details and all is ok. I change details to another card and still declined. I go back to original card and buy a cheap app from iTunes without a problem. I was able to buy a pack 10mins before I got declined. Any ideas? I've reinstalled KaW without success. I am not jailbroken.
I have also just purchased the 50point pack twice no problems. Go to do it a 3rd time and now it says your payment method is declined.

well since my last post unfortunately got no reply i see silencer having the same problem but guess he ll not get an reply also, i tried a few new ways to be able to buy nobility points so i linked my iphone to pc first time ever since i started playing kaw and purchased 3 times through pc but kaw never ceases to amaze me it now says u account is under review...... may i remind that nobility exchange benifits that i lost is like 600 mil per 15 points i would have used my limits to purchase those nob points but unfortunately i could only utilize it once. Administrative ppl might look at this as a game and us as kids but i like to remind them that i am a customer and my account and so far few others accounts are not functioning properly plz attend i ve been playing this game since january and been a regular and well spending customer of ur esteemed company creating a thread and not listening to problem of ur customers and infact ignoring their problem to me is not a satisfactory service....i am paying for fun and paying loads for it so whom ever is the related party for such problems do contact me i am really fed up with trying to find the right adress to solve problems. if u guys wanna contact me and tell how this problem can be resolved here is my e-mail adress yilmazarslan2@superonline.com
Sort the in app nobility purchasing out it isn't working I bought some now it keeps declining. All other apps work. Sort your issues plz
Gorak I'd be upset too u r a paying customer and the owner of this game is legally obligated to provide u with service once you paid them. If u only used free version u can complain and all but once they accept payment for a service they r legally responsible to reply to all written requests too. Includeing useing feedback button u should take screen shots of what u type them if u need to contact a lawyer in the future to get funds back
