  1. Take a look at your permamnent items and see if the item is there.
    Also you should see a bonus in your stats - but not your att/def stats.
    The bonus is only applied when you attack or defend. Id it figured into the formula.
     
  2. can anyone tell me why i cant buy nobility points anymore ? they dont even show up in oricle, niether does the crystal's ?
     
  3. Is this on a computer or idevice?

    On a computer I can see them via Mochi Coins...
    On the iDevice I can see all but 100 nobs - those no longer appear....
     
  4. I've trouble in purchasing only nobility points ....why ?? D message "error in App store" ( null ) pop up on my screen.. I've no trouble with d rest of d purchases. Pls revert ASAP !!
     
  5. ^ um more details please. Hard to tell whats happening. OrFeedback the devs once a day (and be patient, dont send it more than once a day, and it may take a while for a response), or email support@athinkingape.com . That may be better, as i dint think its something we can fix.
     
  6. Oh !! .... I've made request every 5-10 mins for d past 2 days n get nothing but d "null" mssg . Could u do something as I'm engage in a war battle soon !!!
     
  7. Erm.. Details? So only wit nobility? What devife? 3g edge or wifi? IOS? Jb? Appsync installed?
     
  8. Sorry .... I only know it's a 2G iPhone using Digi edge n Appsync installed. I've previously manage to purchase some of d package nobility points b4 but only can't get them recently (2 days). I could only provide tis much info !!!

  11. I just got a replacement iPhone. I tried to resume my game but the game didn't let me. I had to make a new profile. I spend money to buy a couple of pro packs. I want to recover my original profile. Any way to do so?
     
  12. You need to transfer
    To transfer an account, you must provide the devs with several pieces of information:
    1. Your old and new username (start an account on the new iDevice)
    2. Which account (username-wise) you want to keep (presumably your old account, since otherwise you wouldnt need a transfer)
    3. Confirmation its you:
    a) UDIDs of both iDevices. You can email yourself your UDID of each device by getting the free app "Udidit" from the appstore
    b) Username and password for mochi-games if you have linked your iDevice with the internet
    c) If you have neither, explain to the devs why not. They will ask you a bunch of security questions.

    So as you read, you should back up your UDID right now! In case your iDevice breaks or so. Gl! :)
     
  13. There is no way I cam recover my old device code. It was a complete malfunction and I had to get it replace. I couldn't even turn on my old phone. What should I do not having access to my old device.
     
  14. Did you read it? You can also give them your web information if youre linked. If you have neither, tell them why (what you said above). That information was clearly stated above.

    So specificallt for your case, you would takr course c. They will ask you some questions, such as hen did u start, when was your last login, etc.

  17. I can't buy any nobs or hc after upgrading. I keep getting my credit card payment declined when attempting to buy nobs or hc. My iTunes acct/credit card is fine. I can buy other apps no problem. Please help. Thanks.
     
  18. Can you give us some details? On iPod? What iOS? Is appsync installed? What error does it give? We need details if you want us to help...

Hi , my acc was in iPhone and I can't purchase any item now as it keep show payment method declined or sometimes cannot connect to app-store , my credit card is fine and I can purchase anything from iTunes store but just can't make the purchase in KAW in game items , please advise , thanks .
