In-App Purchasing Problems

It won't even let me buy xstals and my forum trivia xstal from last week has not arrived its like ... I can't even think of anything like this it's ginormagantuallyawful

 

I also just bought some crystals but they didnt arrive. Is there anything I can do about it?

 

I have the same issue as the post above me, I accidentally bought 2 sets of 32 xtals, because the first set didn't arrive, so I though it was an error, but I bought another set, and then I got the 32 xtals. Then, I check my email the next day, and it shows to separate receipts to ATA for 32 xtals each / then I log back onto my account, and there is still only 30 xtals (I used 2 by now)

 

Forgot to mention, it's been like 60 hours by now since the night I made the purchase..

 

Devs are content to take your cash but not deal with any in app issues that you might have.

I have a debit card.whenever i put the card number it say card number not accepted and i cant buy propacks.plz let me buy it kaw.do some app to buy it.

 

Purchased 2 seals, used one..then drop from fangs came in, seal gone and no horns were dropped??? Don't really mind the horns, but I spent $$ to buy those seals? Plz look into this for...first real disappointment with kaw...THX!!

 

im on android purchased 32regen crystals and have gotten nothing for hours now i buy alot of stuff for the market and this not cool the money has even come off my catd why jave i not gotten my crystals yet please please help me

 

I have a different bug altogether. I can't buy and says I need to talk to apple support...... Yet I can buy through PayPal on pc. Is that actually an apple problem or you guys?

When I checked the oracle hoping to buy nobitlity points I found that $19.99 for xtals would cost me £12.90 however $19.99 for nobs is £13.99 can you explain this. If you have charged people at 2 different exchange rates for different items. Then you will need to start refunding. I noticed before I'd purchased anything & decided not to bother, others may have been drunker.

 

I think i got charged twice

 

I got sandbox and my device isn't jail broken, had to contact apple to restart my account

 

Devs went to buy $20 of nobs card was charged but no nobs i reset the app twice i need my money or nobs asap

 

Bought crystal and internet went down right after it said purchase complete. No crystal and now its saying purchase is processing and has a number 7 while saying i already have product

 

I have tried everything except getting a new phone and it still wont allow me to purchase anything.

 

Best thing to do now is email support@athinkingape.com on the issue, or contact Apple on this issue.
