I have yet to receive my purchases and am slightly concerned since I was charged for them. Should I email support and ask what the issues is? I tried restarting phone and app and also re-installing but nothing has worked.
Take a picture of your receipt and email it to the devs, kindly explain what happened an they will look into it
But if I want to download this game using my new account then I have to Selye the game an then re-install right?
I too have no option in marketplace to make in app purchases, it has been reported, and have also reinstalled the app. Is this a problem that can be fixed? It's so frustrating!!
Titanium, the pro packs were originally separate apps until they incorporated them into the marketplace to be bought in game. Because of this they aren't available on pc for purchase at all.
Not all Pro-packs were individual applications. Most likely, Apple and ATA have an exclusive deal with in-app purchasing which could include the pro-packs being through Apple and Apple Only, while Nobility and Crystals are made available through the discretion of ATA. Hence why Mochi and Android don't have pro-packs made available to them. Just a theory though.
I can't find the propacks on my iPod anymore. Have they moved or are they not being sold anymore? I was going 2 purchase most of them but can't find them now.
I have purchased a few packs and some nobility but none of them are coming up It says you have been rewarded your items but it doesn't show I waited a few hours but nothing and the money has been taken out the account

Ok I have bought 2 pro packs over a time period of 4 weeks. Now I tried to buy another one and it says cannot buy contact support. So I was just wondering is there a limit on how many pro packs or how much nobility you can buy? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
