Also EE...you don't have to put anything on the lands after you buy them. Resetters do that so that they can farm the quests for nobs and crystals.
They will take this feedback and look into how to make this more appealing to everyone. The outrage is obvious. If this feedback isn't met with a fix, then it's safe to say the Devs are the worst buisnesspeople ever. Its kinda pointless to say much more. The main consensus is that this update is ****. They have to try to make it appealing, or they WILL lose players. They have to realize that, and they have to want to avoid that.
The only thing I don't like is that the legit resetters wasted their time. Instead of making the reset items available to everyone they should just discontinue them altogether. That way resetters will still have their bonus and the problem will be solved.
I think that the achievement bonus is good and will certainly help, but getting rid of the items on resets takes out the idea of a reset. Sorry devs, wrong decision bros :/
I sent feedback showing them my disgust for their latest decisions. I'd suggest everybody sends feedback as well. Posting in forums is not enough as lots of people do not post in forums.
keep items as pro packs for resets 1: 4 items from resets we keep as perm items like pro packs? 2: If this is the case when these "very rare" drops occur in eb's will they become equipable items or will they become perm items like pro packs? 3: essentially my question is from what I have read those who have reset keep the items as they are now. Not equipment but pro pack bonus items. Will this be the same for these items like the Royal Armor? I would like to see the reset items stay as pro pack perms for those that did the resets and as equipable items for those that get them as eb drops. This means I keep my reset bonus, others can get the same armor / items except resters are able to use the Elite crossbow as a pro pack item and the shield at the same time but non resets have to make the choice which to use.
Not getting rid of items. Resetters KEEP items Items will now be available as a VERY rare EB drop (Drop as item not equipment) (emphasis on VERY - as in Extremely)
TL;DR: This new change could benefit the LLBC reseters At first I was infuriated at the change but I now have hope. I do agree and concede the point that LLBC resets are easy to do even without volley transferring money. As far as I can tell from what I read in this thread is that most people are complaining that they've lost a month of progress. An active player makes about 30B doing hauntings all day (without xstals) and that would mean that they make about 900B in one month. An equally active player that is doing LLBC resets would take around two weeks to reset four times without volley transfers. Perhaps more time is necessary if you are learning the ropes. So, by that reasoning, the LLBC resetters have lost approximately 450B-900B of potential revenue (depending on how long it took you to do four resets). The current 100 ally slots that are available for sale can be bought for 250B. As long as the upcoming 200 ally slots will cost the same or more then I will be happy.
I actually like this update but will we be able to keep the reset items we already got or will we loose them
I've been playing for about 2 years and have seen many changes many that I have not agreed with but this as it stands has to be the worst. I have not reset this account but did grind through 4 resets with my alt and find it a big insult that my unique items attainable only through resets will now be attainable to any lucky bassturd who gets the DROP. Devs DO NOT make reset items available through ebs those of us that worked for them should keep that unique distinguishment and advantage that's why we did it. Those of us old timers have other achievements that can't be achieved these days this should be the same if you are implementing a change.
keep resets perm for resets I would like to see the items drop as equipment for non resets. This comes halfway for the player base and the devs. Either that or create new pro packs with current eb items in them to be fair. Just making it a rare drop does not compensate for lost time in resetting. There should be a line saying "this is a legacy for old time resets" imagine the heartbreak of being in a clan where that "one guy" who hits 5 times gets the royal armor.. And you see it and it's the final reset item that took you 6-8 months to get after all the others. Yeah. That feeling.
Anyone doing more than four resets are still screwed but this update is to clear out the massive bonus from people who have taken advantage of the mechanics set in place to LLBC in 24 hours. I do give my sympathies to those players who have done LLBC resets early in KaW and I think that you are just caught in the crossfire. FeelsBadMan.jpeg Another thing that needs to be reckoned with is that there is no hope for new players to reach the pinnacle of this game. Resets were our way of having an advantage in the endgame. New HLBC attack builds are now topping out on the 80K rank on the overall LB. By the end of this summer (or winter if you are in the southern hemisphere) any new players that become HLBC will not be ranked at all. How depressing is that? Now the ASW and the LB will be a circle **** of the same players. Kingdoms at War is not a war of combat but a war of attrition. How do you expect to grow the player base? [sarcasm]Great, you found a way to balance the massive bonus from resetters; congrats. Now go find a way of clearing out the trillions in gold from those players on the other end of the player base.[/sarcasm]
@Amigo @Amigo, wulf stated that the eb gear drops as items not equipment. Meaning it has the same value as they have now. This is wrong. As an eb drop it should be eqipable not a perm item. Just like every other eb drop.
I agree with the suggestion that reset items not be available to just anyone that can hit an eb I worked my ass off and spent real money to do 4 resets to have an advantage. Now if the devs proceed it's just a slap in the face.
Not all Clans do hauntings all day long.....and some of us reset with 42 lands because we were told reset items were EXCLUSIVE TO RESETS. Sane for ally slots.
wulf The problem here seems to be more about the item bonuses and them being eb drops than 1000's of allies on accounts and trillions of gold. Keep the items exclusive as was intended, or exclusive to resets as I suggested (items for resets equipment from now on) and you'll have a hell of a lot more happy people
