Hi Wulf, first of all long time no see mate Re no more reset bonus I have not done any-resets nor did I intend to ever ! But I find some of the changes to allie refunds some what surprising, resetting for bonus is not the only reason ppl reset ! If ppl reset it should the ppl how reset who are penalized not the owner that is reset on ! I firmly believe that if an allie resets the owner should not lose any thing at all. Just get the hire value back . The re-settee should be held out of KaW or not allowed to grow for a minimum of 24 hours. I have been playing this game for way too long and have seen a number of changes this I hope is just another improvement :shock: It may have been better if this change was phased in rather than bang Here we go again
I've just wasted my time doing all 4 resets, I could be much closer to HLBC by now but instead I'm only 5 lands into the highlands. Although I know they are doing this with good intentions I would have hoped they could have just changed the hire system. Disappointed but at least I'll have a head start on others. At least make it drop extremely rarely on warbeasts so they get less cash lol

Only fair compensation for hosing resets are xtal, at 5 days for a fast reset if say 50 xtal per reset is a low bar. Some people spent way longer than that though. 100/each is probably more fair.
Devs are starting from a flawed premise in any case - most people doing resets aren't volley transfers, most are new players doing things 'the right way' as they've been taught by senior players. Devs single minded and much belated focus on volley transfers is screwing over thousands of players who've sunk in the time to do resets. I understand why they're doing it, but you've got to compensate accordingly unless you want us all to quit. You are the ones who missed chances to fix this earlier, don't make us pay for your mistakes unless you want to see your customers disappear. 100 xtal per reset is my starting offer.
Wulf, I'm getting some conflicting info. You say that reset items will become like pro-packs--permanent and not part of equipment. But devs say that they will be EB drops, all of which are currently equipment. Which is it? The answer to this question determines how frustrated I will be, because I think the change will be fine as long as reset items aren't equipment. Remember that they tried to change reset items into equipment before and it was noted that certain items then become useless (i.e. Armor of Eternal Fire vs. Royal Armor--why would I ever equip a 5% spd item when I have a 5% def AND spd item?) As long as those reset items don't become useless, then I'll probably be just fine with this change.
Just a quick question Wulf if I volley some one up then they leave the game even through I owned the kingdom b4 does that reset the owned time counter ?
If they feel it's too easy to get the reset bonus then find a way to fix that. Don't take away from those who have made the effort to do the resets and don't give away the items they earned to everyone else. I only reset once. It was my choice not to do more but I eared the one item and the ally slots. It is a poor practice to offer rewards like this then give them to everyone later and take away rewards. There is no value in taking this away.

Most doing resets "the right way" have done less than 5 resets and are 100% not effected by this update. Volley transfer is doing more damage than eliminating it. The numbers are staggering. Trillions (sometimes in the double digits) moved from account to account in 1 day. This exceeds the daily growth limiting elements of the game such as xtal use, Nob purchase limits, and troop regen rates. It MUST be fixed because it was growing out of control at an exponential rate

Feedback is pointless. The only way we fix all the crap devs are doing is hit them in pocketbook till they listen to the community. The need to be stopped before this game is ruined forever
Let me make sure I have my time table right for upcoming updates wulf. Tomorrow: All bonuses from reseting ( extra ally slots, bonuses, etc.) will be permanently taken away. June 1: Ally reset and drop rate will be changed to fix the drop volley loophole. Some time next week: Achievement bonuses will be released. Some time in the near future: War update will be released. Do you know when we can expect to see the war update?
