Based on my builds, I make 1 to 5 Imperial Favors per hit without blade or spell. Sometime, I get 6 to 7 by hitting lb with lucky.

Worked for it by hitting small accounts with impenetrable BFE...and that justifies getting at least 4x more than bigger accounts whose targets actually have a chance to hit back?
