Even if tiny accounts hit the seal why does anyone care. The impact to the eb and bonus is little. Maybe some of you should invite noobs to hit the seals with you.

Cs does not effect an items power on ebs. So a hfbc hitting items phase on the forgotten ones would take as many items as a new account. Like wise a low stat account does the full 90~91 damage on the haunting with items.

Small account does 7 damage on hte or less depending on size. Others do 88-90 ish

 

An account his size would do somewhere between 3 and 7 damage.. That's why many clans won't let a small account seal unless it's an alt of a perm

 

Maybe I'm wrong. But I've never hit less or more on an item phase. Obviously I've not tested this extensively.

Item damages ARE affected by cs.
