  1. Here's a tip; Have a diet soda.
     
  2. Replace soda with a sugarless drink that you like til you are on strictly water, one 12-20 oz Soda won't kill you if you have plenty of water the rest of the day.
    Popcorn, pretzels ( low salt) or something with less grease and salt than chips.
    Gluten free snacks are pretty good, or a snack bar.
    High protein, low calorie, low carbs if you want to lose weight.
    Get your max water intake daily.
    Don't take a "few" laxatives like the dork earlier said. Drink water or take vitamin C til you have a good poo.

  7. That big gulp you have is soda no? It has caffeine which believe it or not is a drug, and daily consumption makes your body dependant on it.

    (Extreme scenario but it follows the same priciple)
    It is like when a person smokes Crystal meth everyday, the body becomes reliant on the stimulation or high that the drug causes.

    In many ways caffeine has the same effect, your body has become reliant on the drug. Luckily its not a hard drug at all, so you can slowly get off of it by lowering your consumption rate.

  8. Another thing, to help detox all the sodium and bad toxins in your body you can take fat burners (this is if you get at least an hour or two of exercise a day) or you can take Niacin to help cleanse.

    Cleaning the bodies system out helps a tremendous amount, and once its clean if you try and get in shape it makes everything 100x's easier
     
  9. I can't stop laughing at the "1 big gulp". That must be a pretty damn big gulp to keep you addicted.
     
  10. That's actually a horrible idea, diet soda is worse for you. There is a chemical compound known as aspartame.way sweeter than sugar but contains no calories.

    The issue is that aspartame tells the body its consuming sugar but its really not. So your body in turn will crave even more sugar or more aspartame...

    Little known fact too, aspartame was made by a guy who was trying to create a chemical agent that causes ulcers. The chemical itself is not found anywhere in nature, its made in lab
     
  11. A big gulp is like 40 fluid ounces, your average soda has about 45mg of caffeine every 10 fl oz. He's consuming 200+ mg of caffeine on a daily basis. That is not healthy at all lol
     
  12. In all seriousness, there's a new dietary program called "The Wheat Belly Diet" A scientist did a study on the current wheat industry and their genetic altering of wheat and other grains. His findings were so profound that he decided to test it with a diet regime. The results were amazing.

    My father and mother are older and morbidly obese. They started the diet 3 months ago. Dad has lost 45 pounds and Mom has lost 29 pounds ... both are actually walking and riding stationary bikes too. There were no "crashes" from their change of eating habits. No cravings. They look amazing. Dad's doctor even took him off some heart medications he's been on for 15 years.

    My family and I decided to try it too. We aren't really that overweight but I've slimmed up by 15 pounds and have had NO cravings whatsoever ... never touched ONE piece of candy all of Halloween. I'm not "starving" and don't have late night munchies.

    I encourage you to try it and see what results you get.

  14. For me when I watch a movie I have to be drinking soda or eating chips or fast food.

    That is unhealthy and will most likely end in being overweight / obese.

  18. 6'2" 145 pounds, eat 3k calories a day.

    Drinking a gallon of egg nog a week is the only thing that makes me gain weight.
