You really aren't getting it are you? Sure eat whatever you need to but don't torture the animal first and don't boil it alive because that's cruelty and cruelty is unacceptable
On a further point did you know that lobsters are Boiled alive before you eat them, however humans are more caring than what animals do to each other before they are eaten. I don't see how people can say there's a humane way to die when animals will let their pray bleed to death after a slow and painful slaughter. Most will be eaten alive by a given animal. Just something for you to think about because animals will do worse than what we will do.
I'll reedit to include that, I was gonna put thanks giving in but all I couldnt think of the name at the time only could name Black Friday :?
I'd hate to be the one to break this to you, but I'd bet that the majority of the meat you've ever eaten didn't come from an animal that died as humanely as you would hope. This festival just seems to be more open about it.
We slaughter cows an eat them, and in some other cultures cows are sacred. But would that stop us? Nope.
Do you really have any right to tell them to stop eating something theyve been eating for thousands of years? By the same standards we should all be vegetarians. Why is eating turkey on xmas, or chicken most days any different?
I see both sides of the argument here. What we should and shouldn't eat is always going to be a matter of personal and cultural opinions. An example of this is Halal meat. Factories across the world produce this kind of meat and the animal suffers for a long time. Muslims believe the soul is contained in the blood (or something along those lines) hence why the animal's blood is drained first. I personally believe if we are going to eat meat then the death should be humane however that is my opinion from being brought up in a western culture.
Stop Yulin 2015 To people who doesnt care, you have just proven that you are heartless and you are truly an animal. Happiness isnt a reason to kill animals especially if they have done nothing wrong.
No frogs where harmed in the creations of this post I don't understand people whom are "vegetarians" as a species we have evolved to eat both meat and plant, lacking one gives a unhealthy effect on our body, you can tell vegetarians as its common for their skin to be a grey discolouration. Not trying to be offensive here but I do think it is a mental problem to be vegiterian, as its a believe that you refuse meat because you think it's morally wrong to harm and eat a animal. Not like animals eat each other... It's both a blessing and curse to be have a moral understanding of our surroundings
