They have less powers because they are younger? But you said that they are just as active and as capable as a normal mod. So why are you still belittling them? Why should they have to handle pervs? If you reveal them to be under 18THEN THEY ARE BASICALLY A TARGET. Don't declare their age bracket and pervs will never even approach them. Yes forum mods were only for forums and game mods were for the game. But they were still limited in their powers which is what you're doing with Junior mods. If they're just as good as normal mods why belittle them. We're going back in circles. I'm under 18 giving people a chance for power? If they're deserving of it and the devs see them as worthy. So why shouldn't they receive the full mod package?
This is close to what we need but not exactly what it is. First of all, 14 years old is far to young. 16 is youngest I'd approve and that's citing it close. I feel that the cut off should remain 18 honestly. But your idea I do support, but it should be what the devs first tried, forum moderators. That solely moderate the forums. Qualifications should be at least 3 years in forums. Post count is not as important but knowledge of the rules regarding forums should be prominent. The devs can determine who is qualified but I feel 3 years is long enough in the forums and if you don't understand forums through and through after 3 years I don't know what's wrong with you lol. Forumers need to moderate the forums.
Sasuke, ATA won't allow mods under 18 years of age. They wouldn't be allowed to have full mod power, or it would be against ToU.
@ Sasuke it gives them a intro to modding so to say. And there are to many inactive mods already. And mods are not selected by the KaWmunnity. We have no say in who gets the player power over us and I know you have to agree that its not fair that we don't get a say.
Nothing which is why I really think under 18 aren't mature enough period. Now I understand there are the rare teenagers who are quite mature, but the immature ones have ruined it for them and if they really want to moderate, and have the qualities of a good moderator, they can wait until they turn 18
@ Oli at 18 they send in a application 1 of thousands. This let's them have a better chance. And at 18 they have a better chance of getting full Mod.
Also @Oli you and the other players have all the control of choosing the player. Make sure you pick a mature one
That's just being ignorant. The amount of applications is completely irrelevant. If they are qualified, to the devs complete expectations, then they will be made mod.
