Yup, most of the people on this thread are right. The best avenue is to email in. Delays occur when, as some said, there is a backlog, or when the correct information is not supplied in the initial email. Lashing out at players and the devs isn't going to make the process any faster. You have also indicated this is not the first time you have posted this. Reposting a locked thread is a bannable offense. As this matter is purely between you and support, and not for public grandstanding, I will be locking this. However, I will also be flagging it for dev review.
