    If you want PROOF that your theory doesn't work, let me point you in the direction of the eb The Reckoning.
    This can be hit by ANYONE and there is no reason other than inactivity for not doing a bucketload of actions.

    If your theory is correct, you would at least have the hooves equipment... and yet:

  11. I've been #1 with over 1500 actions on NQ and didn't get the drop, the next NQ I had less than 500 and got the drop lol
